10/12/2025: While I was waiting for my order, the people in charge of preparing the food started talking and laughing as if there were no orders. I strongly advise against ordering takeout (not on a tray) for people who hate wasting time.

16/10/2025: Despite the language barrier, the service is friendly and helpful, and the food is of good quality. We visited twice during our two days in Cogoleto.

09/03/2026: The hard work they put in is certainly commendable, and the pizza tour is a draw for the delicious farinata, but I've only had the pasta for the cheese focaccia, and that kind of pizza with tomato and mozzarella isn't good, in my opinion. I admit I've been there three times so far for company, but I won't be returning.

01/03/2026: Endless waits, burnt and tasteless farinata. Basically, the best competitor Franz could have. Never again.

21/02/2026: The atmosphere could be made a little "warmer" with paintings or something else, but they are really kind and we ate well. I recommend it.

31/01/2026: The coffee is terrible; they don't know how or don't want to make it well, always with sometimes inept attention to detail. They don't drain the water from the machine, they never clean the portafilter, and the pressure on the coffee is practically nonexistent, which is why the coffee is pure poison. In the morning, there are only two of them, and the poor things have to hustle between the register, making sandwiches, and serving people. Unfortunately, they often take the croissants out of the oven with their bare hands, after touching the money. Zero hygiene. I don't recommend it.

18/01/2026: We were there last night and today we are both very sick. The pizza was disgusting and smelled so bad that we had to leave half of it. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough and we both suffered food poisoning. Avoid.

23/12/2025: My son's team's pizza party, because my son is celiac, never arrived. The final bill was added to the total for two people who canceled at the last minute. After the evening, I sent an email to report the incident and ask them to be more considerate of celiac customers, but no one even bothered to respond. Awful experience!

20/12/2025: Feels like home, an old-fashioned osteria, serving traditional dishes, authentic and truly delicious. Try the pansoti and veal with tuna sauce. First course, second course, side dish, half a liter of wine, and dessert for two: €40... spend little and enjoy a lot. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: Everything was delicious. The midweek fixed menu is €13, including homemade tagliolini verde (green tagliatelle), venison, and veal belly. From the menu, you can eat the best ravioli ever. Ligurian service—when you say thank you, they turn a blind eye to saying please, a characteristic of our region.

21/12/2025: For those who complain about the service, they haven't understood that it's an added value. I'll be back both for the food—typical Ligurian trattoria style, excellent pesto, amazing tiramisu—and for the service. In fact, there should be an additional charge for service.

23/10/2025: A lovely place on Via Sestri, with tables outside, inside, and upstairs. Sweet and savory treats, all homemade, are displayed at the bar. They offer a variety of cocktails, unlike traditional options, and service is quick. The staff are very friendly. For €10, they served us a non-alcoholic aperitif, a cheese focaccia for two, cuculli (a type of pasta), a small plate of cured meats, carrots with salsa rosa (a type of sauce), chips, peanuts, and olives. It's impossible to feel hungry after eating all that!

18/02/2026: Yesterday afternoon (February 17), I came with my husband. We picked up our order and sat at the large table in the center of the restaurant. I was sitting while an employee was cleaning the area, and during this operation, his elbow hit me hard in the stomach. The most surprising thing is that at no point did he ask me if he had hurt me, nor did he apologize. On the contrary, he continued working as if nothing had happened, almost as if I had made a mistake in being there. Immediately afterward, some people were leaving and inevitably had to pass through the area he was cleaning. The employee was looking at people in an intimidating manner, standing still with the broom in his hand, making others feel uncomfortable just by being there. I didn't say anything or react, but I think it's important to report this behavior, because it's up to you to carefully evaluate the type of people you choose to put in contact with the public.

04/03/2026: I saw that the year they built the new premises they also took the part of the former knitwear factory to put more tables, always taken take-away pizza as long as I could, then I became celiac, one of my biggest regrets was not being able to eat either the pizzas that the volcano made, or a nice cold beer
