22/07/2026: Paid 7€ for an espresso and a glass of orange juice, i don't know if that is the price bc there is no menu, but it seems quite expensive. I asked for a ticket to check out the prices and the cashier gave me this ticket where only "7€" appears, nothing more. feeled scammed, scam old rich american dudes, not students I do not recomend

11/07/2026: Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious carbonara they served me. The service was also outstanding! I didn’t really know what to order and we talked through the offerings together very smoothly. As a somewhat picky eater, I recommend this place!

02/12/2025: On our way back from a team tennis competition in Pietra Ligure, we stopped in Recco for a quick dinner. It was Sunday evening, and we thought everything would be closed, but instead I asked my son to find a place where we could eat the fabulous Recco focaccia. "Panificio Rossini," my son told me. Conveniently located in a square, we quickly found parking. There are two locations a few dozen meters apart, so we opted for the one with seating. We ordered a tray of olive pizza, Recco focaccia, and farinata. Everything was excellent. The place is basic but welcoming, with friendly staff. If we ever pass through Recco again, we'll definitely come here for focaccia again. 👌🏻👍🏻

28/02/2026: I ordered 4 pizzas and they guaranteed delivery by 8:15/8:30 PM. My order was delayed by 45 minutes. We almost starved to death. Unacceptable! I had to give it 1 star, but I would have given it less than 0.

31/03/2026: The best and tastiest pizza in Sestri. Friendly service. I love it. The farinata needs no comment. The best of all. A family welcome. Everyone deserves praise. They are part of a very special moment for us.

23/07/2026: A small but cozy trattoria. The pesto lasagna was truly delicious, as were the ravioli with meat sauce.

20/01/2026: I have been to this place two years ago approximately and it was amazing; I have no gluten intolerence and yet it even their gluten free option was mindblowing. This time? What a mess. What they serve as a gluten free option should not even be called a pizza, the place is falling apart (literally), and the price is way far off from the value of what you get. Would never turn back and would never recommend to anyone. Apparently the owner also replies negatively to negative reviews (based on some that I read). No comments beyond that.

30/04/2026: Highly recommended for both the bar and the restaurant, excellent service. The owner has managed to create a staff of kind and super efficient girls!

30/07/2026: It's in the Chiavari marina, a lovely location for a restaurant! The pizza was delicious! My only complaint is that some people's pizzas arrived much earlier than others, but overall everything was great!

22/07/2026: As you walk through Genova narrow, dirty, scary and dark streets this is colourful sweet surprise and experience. A little Genova alternative of the famous cafe in Venice.

24/05/2026: Fantastic focaccia shop with a wide variety of products. The focaccia is among the best in Sestri, and the pizza toppings are good and plentiful. I've never had the croissants, but I've always been very tempted, as they look delicious. The girls at the counter are kind and friendly, often prone to good-natured jokes. I'm sorry to read negative comments from other users, which I believe stem from a certain racism inherent in us Italians, rather than an objective assessment of the products offered.

19/05/2026: Walking in, the silence hit like a funeral. Not the peaceful kind... the hollow, uneasy kind that makes you check whether the restaurant is actually open. It was. Somehow. The emptiness wasn't charming or intimate; it was a warning sign I should have heeded. The food arrived at a pace that suggested it was being sourced, grown, and cooked from scratch and not in a good way. Forty-five minutes for starters. I've watched continents drift faster. When it eventually appeared, lukewarm and uninspired, it tasted exactly like the effort that had gone into it: none. The staff were present in body only. Eye contact was avoided with Olympic-level dedication. A request for water was met with the kind of look usually reserved for unreasonable demands. No apology for the wait. No check-in mid-meal. No acknowledgment that anything was amiss because, clearly, nothing was amiss to them. This is just Tuesday. The most insulting part wasn't the food, or the wait, or the atmosphere that felt like dining inside a sigh. It was the complete absence of any desire to do better. No embarrassment. No effort. Just an establishment coasting toward its inevitable closure with all the urgency of a glacier. Save yourself. Order a takeaway. Eat it in a car park. You'll have a better time.
