I migliori ristoranti in Genova

25/04/2025: Nous avons dîné avec ma compagne au Ristorante Ippogrifo, sans doute l’un des établissements les plus chics de Gênes. À deux minutes du bord de mer, ce restaurant allie une cuisine raffinée à un service haut de gamme. Le personnel discret et professionnel contribue à une expérience culinaire remarquable. Que ce soit en famille ou en tête-à-tête, je recommande vivement cette adresse d’exception.

02/04/2025: Le service et le cadre ( d'ailleurs indevinable quand on est à l'extérieur) sont vraiment à la hauteur d'un étoilé. Malheureusement, les plats manquent totalement de personnalité ! Avec des salades de fruits de mer, du turbot ou de la sole, on doit pouvoir amener de tels produits à un autre niveau. Le chef semble blasé et on ne ressent aucune émotion dans ses assiettes : la sole pourrait être servie avec une sauce ou une préparation originale ( meunière ? sauce avec agrumes ), le turbot mériterait une purée de topinambour, des champignons, etc... J'ai cuisiné ces plats en NORMANDIE et en BRETAGNE, régions côtières françaises, puisque ma famille travaillait dans le secteur de la gastronomie, et je n'aurais jamais laissé ces produits sans mise en valeur. Les produits sont frais mais méritent un Twist à la hauteur des prix et du lieu ! Chef, réveillez vous !!!

09/07/2025: We've enjoyed both take away and all you can eat here. The service is super fast and efficient and the staff is kind. Many options so there is something for everyone. Portions are very fair. We look forward to trying more things next time.

10/08/2025: Quick and friendly service, no complaints. The pizza, however, seems to speak a dialect far removed from Neapolitan: the shape is there, but the taste is a bit like a lost tourist. A real shame, especially knowing that a wood-fired oven like this deserves to tell much more.

16/08/2025: A bar that likes to call itself "luxury," but clearly treats its customers more like a nuisance than a guest. As soon as we arrived with our children, they greeted us with the same enthusiasm reserved for mosquitoes in summer: annoyed looks, a haughty tone, and a lack of helpfulness. The staff seems convinced that rudeness is synonymous with exclusivity. It's a shame that true luxury isn't in the glittering decor or jewelry-like prices, but in the ability to make customers feel at ease. Instead, an air of condescension reigns supreme, especially towards families. A place that doesn't even shine on the outside, and that hides emptiness inside: not beautiful to look at and terrible to live in. If you're looking for hospitality, attention, or simply a smile, you'd better look beyond...

08/09/2025: The bread, focaccia, and pastries are good, but the "CSI-style" barrier of chairs and tape to keep people away from the counter is TERRIBLE! Not even in the time of COVID. And if they mock us for our "typical Ligurian hospitality," let's not complain...

31/08/2025: Illegal Focaccia is so good! Even reheated the next day. Delicious bread. Excellent pastries: I love the Hollandaise pastries.

29/06/2025: Locale carino e pulito. Pranzo a prezzo fisso €40 a testa, bevande escluse. Porzioni scarse, qualità discutibile, servizio non all'altezza. Posso capire il non cambiare posate, ma almeno il piatto dopo aver mangiato le trofei al pesto e dover servire i ravioli al "tuccu", cambire il piatto sarebbe il minimo. Antipasto di portate miste, una porzione a testa, troppo piccola: insalata russa, battuta, torta di verdure, salame Sant'Olcese (2 fettine sottilissime), tortino al formaggio... Per primo: trofie al pesto scotte con condimento troppo diluito con acqua e, ravioli al tocco con sugo discutibile e poco conditi. Per secondo roastbeef (2 fettine) con patate al forno. Per dolce abbiano scelto la torta di mele con crema allo zabaione. Non fornisco calice di vino ma solo a bottiglia.

28/04/2025: We went to this farmhouse on the advice of a friend of ours and I must say that advice has never been so appreciated. Small place with covered outdoor veranda in front of the private car park, not many places but excellent as it is. The entrance is right on the road that goes up from Piccarello (or that comes from Torrazza...). You don't order anything except wine. Menu of their choice but very complete and above all abundant and excellent... In the end we gave up... We opted for a bottle of Nebbiolo (you could also choose something else from the house...). For lunch, I refer you to the photos... Clean place and courteous waiters. Price? All inclusive with final coffee, €40.00... What can I say, very satisfied... We will definitely be back.

16/07/2025: Siamo stati da Cantiere Goloso a Genova e ne siamo usciti davvero soddisfatti! Un posto perfetto per chi ama i piccoli piaceri golosi, dalla colazione alla merenda. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse cose: pizzette fragranti, davvero ben fatte, con una base soffice ma non pesante e condimenti gustosi. I cookies sono stati una vera sorpresa: morbidi al centro, croccanti ai bordi, ricchi di cioccolato, come fatti in casa. Si sente che usano ingredienti di qualità. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale gentile e disponibile. Un locale curato nei dettagli, ideale per una pausa veloce o per prendersi un momento di dolcezza. Se siete in zona e avete voglia di qualcosa di buono, Cantiere Goloso è una tappa che vale la pena fare!

30/07/2025: One thing's for sure: traditional dishes, made "as they should be" (and as Genoese grandmothers used to make them): minestrone, ravioli, pesto lasagna, meatloaf, stuffed pasta, vitello tonnato, fried anchovies, cima... a true "handbook" of Genoese cuisine! Pleasant and quiet atmosphere, impeccably clean.

08/07/2025: I'm sorry, but I agree with others who have gone before me. There's no comparison to the products from the previous management, both in terms of variety and quality. I specifically chose the same type of pasta and was unfortunately very disappointed.

11/08/2025: We must have been unlucky, but it was a weekday, we had a table inside, we waited 45 minutes for an appetizer, it was hot, the fan wasn't working, the service was poor... another customer even left because of the long wait.

22/07/2025: I don't understand so many negative reviews. If you want to try authentic Ligurian cuisine, feel its atmosphere and mania, this is the place to go. It's leisurely, tasty, and atmospheric – visit in the evening with a pint of white wine, a cheese and cold cuts platter, and local pastas – ravioli ala ragou and pasta with potatoes, pesto, and green beans. We also observed the neighboring tables – the seafood looked amazing. I think it's worth it 🤩

10/08/2025: We had a nice and consistent dinner. Unless you look for fresh seafood only (items which are not are signalled, of course) I can recommend you the Tucano. No pretentious, good dishes.
