Panificio Pasticceria Tossini In Recco

On our way back from a team tennis competition in Pietra Ligure, we stopped in Recco for a quick dinner. It was Sunday evening, and we thought everything would be closed, but instead I asked my son to find a place where we could eat the fabulous Recco focaccia. "Panificio Rossini," my son told me. Conveniently located in a square, we quickly found parking. There are two locations a few dozen meters apart, so we opted for the one with seating. We ordered a tray of olive pizza, Recco focaccia, and farinata. Everything was excellent. The place is basic but welcoming, with friendly staff. If we ever pass through Recco again, we'll definitely come here for focaccia again. 👌🏻👍🏻

I expected more from the simple focaccia....better in the west

Whenever I'm in Liguria, near Recco or Rapallo, I always stop at one of Tossini's locations to stock up on focaccia to take back home, and I'm never disappointed. My favorites are the classic and the onion version.

The Recco-style focaccia is very good.
