01/04/2025: Once upon a time, in my opinion, it was the best ice cream shop in Sestri, today we had ice cream and the taste was dominated by sugar, it's a shame that once upon a time they were tastier and less sweet. The friendliness and kindness of the sales assistant would sincerely need to be reviewed, I hope it isn't always like today.

05/03/2025: Personally I think it is the best ice cream in Genoa. Particular tastes and refined combinations. The ice cream is very creamy. I brought a tub of ice cream to Dutch friends and they were really impressed by the goodness of the ice cream so you will certainly make a great impression if you present yourself as a guest of friends or relatives with a tub of ice cream from the Cremeria di Sestri.

11/06/2025: Ven a ver hermoso restaurante en el centro de la ciudad. Este es el lugar donde encontrará el toque de la historia. En 1830 Marcato fundó Caffe Tommaseo y desde entonces tiene su encanto. Aquí encontrará cocina típica y personal agradable que está aquí para disfrutar de su comida. Gracias Simona y el equipo por un buen almuerzo y el mejor servicio. Volveremos otra vez. Vale la pena venir.

12/05/2025: Very nice bar, where you can also eat. The owner is very kind and friendly. Outdoor tables. Very good coffee, always fresh croissants!

10/06/2025: Orazio ... what can I say, an institution in Marassi ... excellent selection of beers and don't miss trying a hamburger or a sausage sandwich, you won't be disappointed.

20/05/2025: Spartan location that convinced us to go in, as we didn't want to spend much and would have settled for what was offered. From the outside the place looks like a typical trucker's restaurant and even when we entered this impression was confirmed. Even in the evening they offer a workers' menu for 15.00 including water and coffee from which you can choose a first course, a second course and a side dish. I had an excellent pasta and beans and for the second course some slices of grilled meat with baby carrots... I almost didn't touch the meat, because I was really stuffed with the previous course. Those who were with me had penne all'arrabbiata and the chicken leg with salad. We left satisfied also for the friendliness and spontaneity of the waiting staff.

25/05/2025: I ordered a pizza for home delivery, the pizza was very good, nothing to say, but the service was terrible, the pizza arrived 35 minutes late and the delivery guy didn't have change to give me.

24/05/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a low review but unfortunately the place is really dirty. Behind our table there was a cockroach and the cutlery was dirty. Years ago I know it was better. The pizza was not bad but not the best either, very different from the one I ate in Naples.

21/05/2025: Today with our first grade students we had an ice cream here. They were very kind and patient with each child and their ice cream is truly amazing! Highly recommended!

22/06/2025: Unfortunately, I can only express a negative opinion. The pizza was heavy and salty, with a rubbery mozzarella of questionable quality. The waiting staff was rude and not very polite. I had asked for the "Manicomio" pizza, a creation of the chef, simply asking for it to be made without spicy. Nothing strange, I would say. But I was told that it was not possible because "the chef has to decide the ingredients". A total lack of flexibility and attention to the customer. A real shame, but I certainly will not return.

20/06/2025: The inn is very well presented, the food is excellent and the service is no less. I found a little problem regarding the cutting of pizza, unfortunately the knives offered are not suitable for cutting pizza, 🤣 if I were to return, it will mean that I bring it from home, (joking).

15/05/2025: Wir gehen vom Hafen 10 Minuten zum Lokal. Neben Pasta und Fleischgerichten werden auch Fischgerichte angeboten. Die Unterhaltung auf Englisch funktioniert prima. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant. Das Essen kann im Lokal oder an ein paar Tischen vor dem Lokal (autofreie Zone) eingenommen werden. Die Bestellung wird am Tisch aufgenommen. Das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal bedient uns unverzüglich und berät uns bei der Auswahl der Speisen und Getränke. Wir wählen eine Prosciutto-/Tomatenplatte als Vorspeise. Dazu einen Roséwein. Als Hauptgericht gibt es Tortellini in einer Pesto-/Nusssoße. Zum Nachtisch gibt Tiramisu und einen Espresso. Alles ist gekonnt zubereitet und schmeckt köstlich. Wir können das Lokal ausdrücklich empfehlen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannten Verweilen. Danke an das Personal für den sehr guten Service.

01/05/2025: Tengo celíacos y al llegar al restaurante me informaron inmediatamente que solo usan harina de arroz. Pedí un curso de pescado que era absolutamente delicioso. El pescado estaba perfectamente cocinado. Mi hija, que es vegetariana, también disfrutó mucho de su comida. Además de la buena comida, el servicio también fue excelente.

25/06/2025: The only way this gets 2 stars is because the location was very nice. The food was not up to par with what you'd expect in Italy and the staff was rude. Don't waste your dinner in paradise eating at this spot. Much better restaurants nearby.

20/05/2025: Confirmation in May, sun, green. Getting there is challenging but the place is unforgettable as a location, a restaurant in the woods! Good fresh food, sufficiently abundant portions, excellent grill!!!!

11/05/2025: This place is worth keeping in mind. The location is remarkable in a beautiful lawn with games for children who can have fun without excessive dangers. I went to this place for my niece's First Communion. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to wait to have lunch. The food is of good quality although I would have preferred the grilled meat to be hotter. But the paccheri with chopped pistachios and sausage was remarkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite the large amount of people to serve. In fact there was the concomitance of 4 communions. The only flaw: to reach the restaurant the road is really a disaster and you just have to hope not to encounter cars traveling in the opposite direction! To be visited in "normal" conditions, without events!!!

15/12/2024: I don't know how many times the place has changed management. The environment was nice and welcoming, the crepes not so much, honestly I found them better before. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff could be improved... a smile and a little empathy help in business. Very clean place and prices in line with the norm.
