15/02/2026: We wanted to have pizza because the restaurant looked nice from the outside. Unfortunately, they didn't have pizza in the afternoon, so we opted for pasta and a frito misto. The pasta was okay, but nothing special, and extremely expensive for pasta: €19. The frito misto was perfectly fine! The price on the menu was €18, and at the checkout we had to pay €19, which is something you often get when they think you're a tourist. €5 for a basket of very dry and tasteless bread and two sets of cutlery is simply too much. €50 for a mediocre meal, a glass of wine, and a bottle of water simply isn't necessary in Chiavari; there are many places where you can get better quality and more quantity for less. Reply to the owner: We're not tourists; we've lived in Chiavari for over 20 years, but we only speak Dutch among ourselves. The price difference is in the "Fritto Misto," and the €5 is your "cutlery/service premium," not even the bread. Making the fish exclusive was mainly due to the limited menu, not to the exclusivity in Chiavari. Perhaps you shouldn't underestimate your guests too much; it doesn't suit you.

16/12/2025: Left a positive review a year ago. Ordered pizza at least 5 times. It's getting worse. Tonight was the apotheosis. Service aside, they're right behind my house. 30 minutes, they told me, but I called them after 44 minutes. Delivery took an hour. And after delivering 5 times, they say the GPS doesn't show our street (the street is very clear, we're downtown). The pizzas were almost inedible, raw, the tomato sauce was mind-blowing. I've never had a pizza like this in my life. The farinata was like a mattress, raw. I tasted it to judge, 2 cm of farinata and threw it away. If you don't know how to make it, don't put it on the menu. I don't know if the management has changed or something. Who makes the pizzas? But nothing like this has ever happened. It's not a matter of taste here; the pizzas are almost inedible. The tomato sauce was the most incredible thing. Mozzarella was almost nonexistent. Terrible ingredients. A pizza that tastes like plastic. I understand that since it was delivered (I repeat, back here) it couldn't have been hot, but not like this. Even lukewarm, if it's good, is good.

20/09/2025: We have been getting pizza from Panucci for some time now and I always recommend your place, but: last night I ordered two pizzas and a farinata and I have to say that we were not very happy. First of all, the order arrived an hour earlier than expected with the risk of not being at home. Secondly, and I say this because I ate very good pizzas from you last night. The usual standard was not maintained. The pizza was undercooked, the flour used did not seem to be of good quality and above all the ingredients were absolutely not as usual. The onion was practically almost raw and tasteless. I will continue to get pizza from you hoping that it returns to the usual levels!

03/11/2025: We happened upon the area during a family vacation... and were pleasantly surprised! The pizza by the slice is excellent (the pesto one is truly delicious), but the shortcrust pastry desserts also won us over.

19/12/2025: I can't rate the atmosphere because we ordered takeout. Excellent food and impeccable service! The chicken menu was very good, absolutely complete, with the tasty yet delicate chicken korma. I recommend ordering through their website rather than online, so you get the menus at better prices. The only downside is that they only accept cash payments through the website. Special mention to the delivery man, who was kind and punctual.

09/09/2025: A truly informal place... the owner is always very kind... we have been there several times, the pizza is decent... the rest from the first to the second courses are good... a place for everyone with excellent prices... sometimes we stop because we are very tired from work... and the owner knows how to offer a good first and second course... really reasonable prices after COVID... We also go on Saturday evenings, honest and kind several times, they offer limoncello... a place that is not luxurious... but the food is good, excellent service, congratulations 👍 this evening I had a take-away margherita... the owner was not there... a small and poorly made margherita, that is, a small pizza... it seemed frozen... 7 euros. Never again... if the owner is there, he is very helpful.... for the rest, goodbye

21/08/2025: A simple trattoria with decent seating, on a winding street next to the stadium. The owner, a very nice, kind, and sweet person, honestly recommended that we have a small appetizer to stave off our hunger, as we had a long wait. The dishes were very generous and... delicious. Their mayonnaise was truly delicious, just the right amount of spicy. We had an appetizer of fried anchovies and chips, spaghetti with clams, tagliolini del pescatore, and a delicious amatriciana. For our main course, a chicken breast, chips, and mussels marinara, all accompanied by... 1/2 liter of sparkling house wine and water... The bill? €61 for 3 of us!!!! I was happy with how much and how well I ate, but equally happy with the bill. Recommend!!!

28/08/2025: For those who work in the area, we often find ourselves bringing friends or colleagues from other places for lunch. Initially, we were told and they gave us a small discount if we consumed there regularly, but then from one day to the next, the discount was gone. For a basic second course, a quarter of a glass of wine, a coffee, and a half a glass of still wine, you'll spend about 15 euros. Considering the area, you could go elsewhere and eat well and even more and spend maybe even a little less. It's a shame because the food is good, the lady who cooks is good, but beyond that, she doesn't offer the discounts she claims to offer, nor is she truly honest when it comes to the bill. Not to mention that she constantly talks and complains about everything, and a coffee becomes torture, which is why we stopped going. It's a huge shame that they don't have an extractor, as it's a small and closed space. The smell of food that lingers on you is unpleasant, even to breathe in while eating lunch, and there's no air conditioning. The inexperienced waiters are completely distracted. A little further on, there's a bar that works perfectly, with very kind people and much more reasonable prices for average workers, not managers or lawyers. We won't be going back.

21/09/2025: Sushi isn't just a rice ball with raw fish on top and that's it... sauces and herbs and something else... Chinese food, 6... tough meat... spicy, 0 On the other hand, they're very friendly and the bathroom is spotless. Excessively expensive... not for me.

20/01/2026: The seating area is very small, but you can also order takeaway if you prefer. The menu mainly focuses on seafood. Overall, the food is tasty.

05/01/2026: If you're in the area, I highly recommend this deli for lunch! Amazing dishes, including the trofie and fritto misto! We ate hot and well-served! Excellent value! For a deli in Santa Margherita Ligure, I couldn't have been more pleased with the bill!
