09/05/2026: The hotel is a bit dated. It has the advantage of a restaurant and a bar, and the rooms are clean but a bit kitschy... however, the bathroom... I don't know if it meets Italian standards, but it feels like a hospital... unsettling! And the water gets cold very quickly.
The staff is friendly, and the food is varied and good.
Breakfast is basic: frozen croissants and defrosted bread. No fruit juice. Coffee is free; anything else costs extra.
It's fine for a stopover.

11/05/2026: I went there for Women's Day with my friends. The next day, out of about 15 of us, at least 6 or 7 of us felt sick. We didn't know what could have happened.
The pizza wasn't really my taste, but that's personal. The tiramisu, on the other hand, was excellent, and huge!
10/05/2026: I ate this evening and was disappointed. Maybe I had higher expectations, but they weren't met. The menu was limited, and they seemed fairly repetitive. The service was fairly average; they forgot a few requests. The wait wasn't the fastest, and the waitress was quite cold. The desserts were few and not particularly good; the baba was just rum, but the gelato was good (it was included in almost all the desserts). The price was high for everything described. Not satisfied.

11/04/2026: Excellent Chinese restaurant, our go-to in Genoa. Family-run, friendly service, and affordable prices.
09/04/2026: I ordered two dishes: stir-fried rice, rice noodles, and duck. The rice was not good at all; the peas were still raw. When I called the man taking orders, instead of finding a solution, he insisted I had to pay because the kitchen had already prepared the dish. Luckily, a young lady came over and took the rice dish back to the kitchen to show it off. The noodles weren't famous, but they were acceptable because I was hungry! And the duck wasn't seasoned well.

05/03/2026: When certain things happen, you need a look, a smile, someone who supports you without asking questions, but in that moment understands your pain. I thank the staff of this bar and especially the owner who hosted me for two days. The food was very good, the hospitality excellent. I will never thank them enough because they made me feel less sad for a few minutes. Thank you.

22/12/2025: The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, a true asset to this place, which is also very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, however, the food (to my taste, mind you) almost seems like an imitation of Apulian cuisine. I had a panzerotto with sausage and turnip tops, which was practically empty. It felt like I was eating Apulian food in London (so I wasn't particularly demanding). The idea is certainly excellent, but there's room for improvement. Furthermore, the decision not to accept meal vouchers for lunch on Saturdays seems rather odd. I wonder: what if someone works on Saturdays?
15/12/2025: A lovely place serving Apulian specialties, from cheeses and cured meats to panzerotti and craft beers. Quick service and a friendly waitress. During off-season dining is also possible outside. However, some dishes are missing because the place will soon close and be taken over by Chinese owners.

22/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant, which I hadn't heard of. We had a wonderful time. We ate everything based on fish. The dishes were good quality and very tasty. The service was attentive and very friendly. The Prosecco was excellent and the price was fair.

The atmosphere is clean and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Sonia, knows how to take excellent care of her customers. Highly recommended!!

06/11/2025: The place is beautiful: it feels like stepping back into the Middle Ages. You have to go there and take it in. The food is excellent: I had grilled lamb ribs, delicious! And then, since it's in season, fried porcini mushrooms. The staff was incredibly kind. I was truly satisfied!

You can really tell everything is homemade. It’s a wonderful combination of a welcoming, family-like atmosphere and high-quality food.

16/05/2026: Enrico proves himself to be a great host. His dishes are always a sure thing. The caponmagro is excellent. The seemingly chaotic service always makes you feel pampered. Last but not least, his wines are always excellent discoveries. All at fair prices. Places like this are sadly on the verge of extinction.
