Yutaka Ristorante Sushi In Genova

Good sushi among the best tried in Genoa. Clear and convenient menus for ordering, fast and friendly service. Personally I'm not crazy about the location in Piazza della Vittoria very close to the car park....

Starting from the assumption that I am not passionate about sushi itself, but rather about salmon, grilled ravioli or first courses, I am more than satisfied. One of my absolute favorite restaurants given the wide choice of dishes and the salmon which is offered in multiple variations. My partner who loves sushi is equally satisfied. The order is made via tablet (much more convivial than via mobile phone as in others I have tried). The service is quick and we received all the dishes without having to reorder them!! Value for money more than valid! Interior location, warm, with soft lights, it differs from the impression that some give of large commercial chains. The "cons": Free parking in Piazza della Vittoria starting from 8.00 pm otherwise paid on the day. Having also tried it during a lunch break, I highly recommend going there in the evening, the dishes offered are much more numerous and, in a totally subjective opinion, better. Finally, some of the staff speak little Italian, which could sometimes create misunderstandings, but in every sushi I have tried it has always been like this so it is not a "flaw" attributable only to this restaurant. In summary, I really liked it and recommend it, in the evening though!

If it is true that the "broken plate" culture exists in Japan then we are in an art gallery.. The food is definitely good, the place really pleasant.

Il mio ristorante di sushi preferito! Amo il menù, il locale e lo staff. I camerieri sono sempre gentili, una lode particolare va a quel ragazzo altissimo, e le persone dietro al bancone accolgono sempre con un enorme sorriso! Mi piace :)

Personale gentile, cibo arrivato in tempo perfetto, efficaci. Menu un po’ povero a pranzo per un giorno di Sabato ma per il resto tutto ok.

Calata la qualità ed aumentati i prezzi

Locale molto ampio con servizio rapido, gestito con un efficiente sistema IT che permette, tramite tablet, di ordinare e di seguire l’evoluzione della richiesta. Il sushi ordinato era buono, anche se direi nella norma per quanto riguarda la qualità, ovviamente se si va in locali di un certo livello come questo. Abbiamo preso in due un Yutaka Box 2 con 42 pezzi, ben assortiti, serviti nella tradizionale barca. Ottima la bottiglia di Vermentino che abbiamo piacevolmente finito durante la cena. Prezzo accettabile considerando anche il prezzo della bottiglia di vino. Raccomandato!!!
