The service is impeccable, both for food and drinks, where Luigi is a super bartender! Absolutely recommended and a must-try for a good aperitif, where you will be served with the utmost kindness and super professionalism.

16/02/2026: The hotel is quite dated in style, with unattended parking, few rooms, and outdoor spaces, of questionable utility given that there's no restaurant or other reason to stay there. Let's break it down more briefly. Pros: - The view, definitely. Despite the presence of a house in front that partially blocks the view (which suggests an extra floor would be ideal), the hotel has two rooms with a beautiful view, each with a small balcony, allowing for even more relaxation. - Location: It's a 15-minute walk from Recco, especially considering it's accessible via a promenade on the seafront, making it pleasant. Cons: - First and foremost, cleanliness. We noticed that several easily accessible areas of the room, which usually NEED to be cleaned, lacked cleanliness. Bathroom: There was hair in the shower (I think), on the shower wall, and on the floor, but we didn't use it, especially since we had to go home the next day. Let's say this would be enough, but although the weather in the previous days had not been pleasant, the balcony was very dirty, as were the chairs, which was one of the room's strong points. - lack of a traditional breakfast option. Let's just say that, given the location and the facilities, I was disappointed to learn that there was no small catering service, replaced by pre-packaged items that were not included in the booking price. - very limited quality/price ratio. Considering the above points and the time of year (February), in my humble opinion, there is a lot of untapped potential and failures to comply, which unfortunately lead me to say that the price was not adequate for the service, "a view, while beautiful, can't keep the hair off the bathroom wall."

22/10/2025: Fairly good value for money, mainly due to the view from the room when you book a sea-view room with a balcony. Free parking. Very clean. You're provided with the essentials: two large hand towels and one for the bidet. Comfortable bedding.

28/12/2025: Master is an icon bar in the areas and of course we had to stop for a quick Aperol Spritz before heading out for dinner next door. Highly recommend

07/01/2026: The focaccias were good, as always. I had the mixed Italian-style fried food. A tiny slice of chicken that I didn't try (I thought there was no meat, but my brother took it without realizing there was nothing else), and raw, very hard vegetables. It's a shame because a month earlier, at my son's birthday, everything went smoothly. The ravioli were good, but overcooked.

17/03/2026: A lovely pizza place and restaurant for both celiacs and those with lactose intolerances. In short, a place for everyone! The service is fairly fast and professional, although there are occasional hiccups. Overall, good value.

20/01/2026: Lunch break for work, set menu for €13, excellent pesto, definitely a regular stop if I'm back in the area for work to try new delicacies. Recommended.

23/09/2025: I was passing through Busalla with friends, and after searching on Google, we found the osteria and decided to go. The smell outside was already very inviting. We went in and were immediately greeted by Michela, who smiled and seated us and brought us drinks. Within five minutes, she showed us the menu and we ordered. The first and second courses were excellent, with generous portions and all of them top-quality. She was a wonderful and very kind person. We weren't eating in a restaurant; it felt like we were staying with friends. It was a truly beautiful place, very welcoming, and with excellent food. If I were to ever be in the area again, I know where to go. Dear Michela, greetings from the Sardinian people. Keep up the good work, you're amazing.

14/03/2026: The atmosphere is steeped in tradition and conviviality. Excellent cuisine and excellent service. If we really wanted to make a small criticism, we'd say the room layout could be improved, as it's a bit cramped, but that's just a minor detail.

04/03/2026: Unfortunately, after trying it a second time, I have to give it a negative review. The farinata, which was their strong point, was completely soaked in oil and didn't even seem cooked. Inedible. I gave it a second chance. This was it. STOP!

15/03/2026: Friendly staff, good selection of cakes and pastries. Outdoor tables with a beautiful view of the streets of Genoa. The Crema Café is delicious.

18/02/2026: We bought the cake the previous day late in the afternoon. When we opened it for lunch, we found it covered in mold. We called the store, where the salesperson told us the cake had to be consumed immediately (without being told at the time of purchase) and that it was our fault for not knowing. After being a customer for decades, I will never buy from Panarello again. No pastry, no customer service.

20/11/2025: Abundant Aperitivo at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. The outside patio is a bit chilly without heating. Highly recommend. When I come back, I'll go inside 😅

01/12/2025: I only buy pesto for myself and my friends and take it back to Veneto. We think it's spectacular. Last time, I had to pre-order because I took 7 kg. Given the amount I spent, they gave me a few pieces of focaccia, and I have to say, I thought it was delicious.
