04/06/2026: The food was okay—but too expensive. We ordered the daily special, described as "a little bit of everything." It consisted of a small salad, a small bowl of soup, a small potato, and some farinata. Two tiny slices of bread were served alongside it (at €2 each). We also had two glasses (0.3L) of drinks and a brownie. In total, this came to 53 euros. In terms of taste, it was fine—nothing spectacular. But all in all, the value for money was completely off

19/05/2026: Lunch at Infusion is always a joy for the palate, but first and foremost for the eyes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A little gem. You can choose a single dish, which is what I've always done. The desserts are also delicious. Thank you 🙏🏽

22/07/2026: Amazing dinner that suited all of us; Fussy teen, foodie and elderly with small appetite. Service was exceptional. Staff very accomodating and friendly, and know their stuff! Highly recommend. Son said "can we come here again tomorrow" - high praise indeed!

26/05/2026: I have been coming here for several years. They make great drinks, as the wine store next door is incredible and is associated with the restaurant. The staff is always attentive and the cook(s) are so consistently skilled at preparing beautiful local & seasonal dishes. Compared to Washington DC my bill is always 25% lower here and equally as good as the best I can find in DC. I love the chill vibe. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s so yummy too.

25/07/2026: What a surprise to stop in a small town for lunch halfway through a day's drive and choose this magnificent family restaurant. Unbeatable value for money, such friendly service, delicious pasta, desserts... We liked it so much that ten days later, returning from vacation, we stopped there again to confirm what we had already seen the first time. A marvel.

11/04/2026: I'd like to, but I can't. The quality of the fish is undeniable, but almost all the dishes were tasteless and lacking in flavor. I understand the desire to cook light and delicately, but I don't understand the goal of bringing such fresh fish to the table without wanting to enhance its characteristics. A little garlic, herbs, and temperature variations...it's a real shame, because you could do so much more with that fish...we still had a good time.

22/03/2026: Excellent location near the parking lot, the restaurant has a few indoor tables but a lovely, well-heated veranda. Fortunately, the menu doesn't include many dishes. The fish, for me, living in Novara, is an absolute discovery. No farmed sea bass or sea bream like you'd find elsewhere. All freshly caught fish with names I'm unfamiliar with, with delicate, flavorful flesh. I hope to return soon, because I ate simple, delicious dishes.

03/06/2026: OK, a little expensive (€10-15) "but you pay for quality" (at least that's what they say, I haven't seen anything so evident as to justify the price). Nice, puffy Neapolitan-style pizza, perhaps a little too greasy (not the easiest to digest, definitely not worth the price). Some people like it that way, it's just a matter of personal preference. Service: average, I asked for a non-alcoholic beer because I had to drive and they didn't have any (in fact, they looked at me disgusted).

10/05/2026: Good morning, nice place, quality food, unfortunately they don't have a real menu but only a blackboard on which the prices are not displayed, personally I don't like having to ask for them, which is why I can't give a positive review... €35 for a portion of grilled meat in which chicken breast was used as a substitute, and the tomino was missing, seems excessive to me.

23/07/2026: Excellent pizzas in terms of quality and flavor, with a wide selection. Prices are a bit high, but market-level.

15/06/2026: We've been there for lunch and dinner several times over the past month, both as a couple and with friends and family. We've always been warmly welcomed, with warmth and extreme courtesy. The food and ingredients are top-quality, and the hospitality, especially for me as a celiac, is exceptional. A wonderful surprise in the stunning Trebbia Valley!

28/04/2026: I just had lunch, passing by on my motorbike. Friendly, attentive, excellent service, very good tagliolini with wild boar ragù, good house wine, more than fair prices. What can I say, I'm satisfied and I'll be back 😊😊😊

22/03/2026: Best focaccia ever. If you want a good focaccia al pesto or even THE focaccia genovese go there! The staff will welcome you with the biggest smile and will remember you if you ever come back! My favorite Focacceria ever, not only food wise but service wise!

30/06/2026: Excellent value for money. Ligurian cuisine. I started with the house appetizer, a generous meatloaf stuffed with veal in tuna sauce. The ravioli al tucco were excellent, as were the gnocchi, which were truly delicious. The pesto had just the right amount of garlic. I also saw some tempting stuffed squid. I finished with a fruit salad with ice cream. I enjoyed the excellent olive oil from Baglietto e Secco in Villanova di Albenga, where I'm a regular, but I'd never seen it on a restaurant table before. This speaks volumes about the quality of the food. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, and the service was excellent! Congratulations, booking via WhatsApp was also very convenient.

09/08/2026: I may have been one of the highest-spending customers that evening, with a bill of over €800, yet unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There was a man with a moustache — I do not know his name — whose attitude toward me noticeably changed once he realized that I was not Italian. I asked to be seated in the downstairs area, but he refused, claiming that it had been fully booked for two months. However, the video I have clearly shows that there were empty tables available. What made the situation even more ridiculous was that later, the same person came to me and said that if I wanted dessert, he could move me downstairs. So if the area had supposedly been fully booked for two months, how did a table suddenly become available when I was asked to order dessert? From my perspective, this behavior felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable, especially toward a customer who spent more than €800 on a dinner that I could not even enjoy because of the way I was treated. Only after you realized how unhappy I was did the attitude suddenly change, and I was asked to come downstairs and order dessert. But by then, it was far too late. My reservation was under the name Khalid bn Talal, and you already have my phone number. I am also staying at one of the finest hotels in the area. I am not looking for an apology or compensation. I simply suggest that management pay much closer attention to whom they employ and whom they allow to represent their restaurant in front of guests. Treating customers differently based on where they come from is unacceptable and damages the reputation of your establishment far more than any negative review ever could. A deeply disappointing experience.

08/08/2026: As you would expect, the food is excellent. Staff are very attentive without being overbearing. Prices are also as you would expect but it is a special place in a fabulous location. Atmosphere was very good. Overall a great night out.
