30/09/2025: BELISSIOMMO! BONISSIOMMO! Delicious! We ordered the fish soup—it's a culinary masterpiece! I also recommend ordering the white wine made especially for this tavern, La Perla. The owners, a husband and wife team of venerable ages, continue to cook and serve guests alongside a young staff. The hostess sang us a song in the local dialect and wished us many pleasant things. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: Such warmth from this incredibly loving couple, who are certainly over 80 years old and still run La Perla impeccably! We were absolutely thrilled; the quality of the food was top-notch and simple, just as Italian food should be! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We were absolutely satisfied with the food (we had mussels, sardines, and tuna of excellent quality) and, above all, the service. We travel a lot in Italy, but this was a very emotional experience.

29/06/2025: Scoperta per caso da mia sorella ed a due passi da casa ci abbiamo pranzato ieri. Il locale è piccolo, splendidamente arredato in stile marinaresco e pulitissimo. Il personale ed i proprietari professionali ma allo stesso tempo ti fanno sentire parte della loro famiglia. Parlando delle pietanze la scelta è solo di pesce (a parte le lasagne al pesto che avevano davvero un ottimo profumo) e, per chi lo ama come me, fa davvero la differenza! Qualità e freschezza, il tutto servito su bellissimi piatti, sono davvero rimasta colpita!! In particolare un elogio per i ravioli i di branzino fatti da loro... Da urlo! Complimenti davvero a tutti!!!

05/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, but they easily accommodated us at a table on the terrace. The food was excellent and the service even better. The views from Spianata are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

23/09/2025: I was craving pasta carbonara and found this restaurant on Google. The pasta was good, although it could be better. The African waitress was very attentive. The other waitress (I think her name was Julia) kept yelling at her colleague and seemed stressed, then took it out on the customers. I find it incredible that they charge you 2 euros for filtered water, and then 1 euro for a cover. However, the price of the pasta and beer seemed reasonable (11 euros and 5 euros respectively). In short, the food was okay, but the service could be improved.

05/10/2025: Truly excellent mushroom-themed lunch, with the option of a special first course, an excellent mushroom risotto, upon our request. Perfect welcome. Absolutely recommended!

04/10/2025: My husband, my 13-year-old son, and I went to this restaurant. We each had an appetizer and a first course, mostly mushrooms. We had a wonderful time: excellent service, sublime food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We even met the chef, who came over to say hello and ask how things were going—a wonderful person. Excellent value. P.S. Even though my son has particular tastes, he found everything excellent, in his own words.

The owner, Marco, is a delightful, friendly person, a friend who makes you feel at ease, as well as being an excellent chef. His brother is also delightful. Like family. See you soon.

17/09/2025: If you're looking for a simple place to dine, Rostio is for you. We're regulars now, and over time we've thoroughly savoured the quality of this place. The menu offers both restaurant and pizzeria options. The dishes are simple and traditional, but of excellent quality, flavourful and tasty, with excellent seafood options. The selection isn't huge, but each dish is expertly crafted and the portions are generous. The stuffed calamari is an offering I absolutely recommend! I find the fried seafood to be good, but it has deteriorated slightly over time, especially compared to the variety of fish, which is much less than it was a few years ago. For example, they no longer serve whole fish (I think they were red mullet, but they were excellent anyway). The bread is excellent. Unfortunately, the bruschetta is no longer served, but I hope it'll be reintroduced, perhaps on the discretionary menu, because I found it delicious, the best ever. The pizzeria is also very respectable, with crispy and tasty dough, good toppings, and the option to make some changes upon request. They recently introduced pinza, which has become quite trendy lately. The desserts are less exciting than the rest, but that doesn't mean they're bad quality: they're effortless to eat, I'd say. The atmosphere is sunny and rustic, with various indoor dining rooms, a veranda overlooking the countryside, and, in the summer when the weather permits, an outdoor terrace. The spaciousness of the space also makes it suitable for parties and large groups; I find it perfect for birthdays and get-togethers with friends.

01/09/2025: Excellent. It's like going to a restaurant from another era. The service is slow but uninterrupted, the food is top-notch, like the tuna tartare, fried seafood, or spaghetti with seafood, and the location is quiet and perfect for a first-class dinner.

20/08/2025: A wonderful, small, traditional restaurant. The dining area was small, but perhaps it was this cozy feeling that convinced us to eat there two evenings. The service was also very friendly, although a basic knowledge of Italian is highly recommended. The food was very tasty, the menu was simple; you wouldn't need anything more. The mussels are worth ordering as an extra. However, the fried seafood portion is definitely enough to fill you up. The price is very reasonable. It was a pleasure to eat here.
