22/03/2025: We loved this restaurant so much that we returned for a second night in a row. The food -- from the steak to the spaghetti to the lasagne to the peggplant parmesan -- was simply divine. Two perfect dinners in a row. I highly suggest you skip the big restaurants on the waterfront and enjoy a meal instead at la Goletta. You won't regret it.

04/04/2025: Spectacular location on the beach overlooking the Ligurian coast! Dishes prepared with always fresh and excellent quality products! Excellent choice of wines too. The best place both to spend a summer day and to enjoy the sea in winter!

Da capire come mai si siano ampliati e facciano sedere le persone a mangiare nella nuovba sala tenendo le serrande abbassate: fa molto effetto "grate alle finestre/prigione", ma vedo che continuano a farlo perciò immagino sia proprio una scelta, discutibile

09/03/2025: Sabato sera locale bello e pieno di gente servizio veloce e preciso anche grazie a delle super ragazze a servire ai tavoli . Cibo buono . Da rivedere la carne ( buona ) ma viene servita su piastra bollente quindi locale completamente invaso da fumo e forte odore di carne anche sui vestiti ........ conto decisamente alto x quello che ho mangiato , ma essendo una tavolata e quindi diviso , può essere che abbia pagato di più per quello . Quindi da rivedere .......

21/10/2024: The refuge is welcoming both for eating and sleeping. You sleep well and eat well. Welcoming rooms, not too big, and several bathrooms with shower. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view and the beech forest around is also very beautiful. You just have to remember that even if it is an hour from the beach, it is a mountain refuge. It is not a farm, nor a hotel. In short, leave your pretensions on the coast. An excellent place to stop. I will definitely return.

22/03/2025: Today we spent some time with the Friends of the old guard of the Croce verde di Quarto, it is an exquisite place, the owner and his collaborators made us spend a nice lunch, we had a good time, people who know how to welcome the customer. 16/03/2025: Always went at midday for a workers' lunch and ate well for the right amount. For lunch I recommend it to everyone. I absolutely do not recommend it for dinner for these reasons; - We arrive at 7.45pm and the menu isn't there, the waitress says she still has to print it....she doesn't even know what there will be to eat that evening and it takes 15 minutes to print it. - Embarrassing service: the waitresses talked loudly about their own business throughout the evening and as there were few customers, you could hear everything everywhere. Nobody knows anything about bottled wines, 2 out of 3 waitresses seem to be on their first day of work, only one survives. - Bill too high for what we ate. 80 euros for 2 starters + 2 first courses + house wine + coffee. I spent the same money at Tannino and Brinca which are a superior level of cuisine and another planet in terms of Service. The quality of the food was good overall, if there had been better service at a slightly lower price, the review would have been positive. I'm sorry for the owner and the kitchen helper who worked their butts off all evening, I think they should pay more attention to the room.

15/03/2025: Ci sono stato domenica 9 mi sono trovato molto bene, cibo ottimo , personale gentile e locale piccolo ma pulito . Una piccola critica costruttiva , il pesto molto buono ma l ho trovato poco cremoso ed il brasato mi aspettavo una bella fetta di carne invece di fettine di carne tagliate come fosse roastbeef. Sicuramente la raccomando e ci ritornero sicuramente. Grazie xla bella giornata

14/02/2025: "Good-style" trattoria, sincere trattoria like those of the past, at La Rosa you are at home while you heartily eat the classic Ligurian menu, the portions are generous, portions for travelers with few "musse"... people who are hungry and want to eat and drink good wine at will (included in the price). You leave reluctantly after paying a bill that is lower than what you would have spent at the supermarket to buy everything you ate and should have cooked. La Rosa is a time gap in the past, a past where in Genoa and throughout Liguria there were swarming trattorias managed by honest, enterprising and friendly people. The Rose is a Ligurian poem...perhaps the last.

10/02/2025: I have been going to the trattoria for a few years now, with always good quality products from the mixed starter to the first course (ravioli with meat sauce, pansoti with walnut sauce, gnocchi or trofie with pesto) to the second courses, personally I prefer roast with baked potatoes and Ligurian rabbit.
