I'd like to, but I can't. The quality of the fish is undeniable, but almost all the dishes were tasteless and lacking in flavor. I understand the desire to cook light and delicately, but I don't understand the goal of bringing such fresh fish to the table without wanting to enhance its characteristics. A little garlic, herbs, and temperature variations...it's a real shame, because you could do so much more with that fish...we still had a good time.

Excellent location near the parking lot, the restaurant has a few indoor tables but a lovely, well-heated veranda. Fortunately, the menu doesn't include many dishes. The fish, for me, living in Novara, is an absolute discovery. No farmed sea bass or sea bream like you'd find elsewhere. All freshly caught fish with names I'm unfamiliar with, with delicate, flavorful flesh. I hope to return soon, because I ate simple, delicious dishes.

They serve whatever they manage to catch from the sea that day, so the freshness of the dishes is impeccable, as is the preparation. The salad with vulture, spaghetti with bottarga, and small, crispy fish (triglie) were all delicious.

04/06/2026: The charcuterie board is very impressive and delicious. Their homemade first courses, with ravioli, were truly superb. The asado was good; I also tried the roast suckling pig, which was definitely better. The dessert was good.
03/06/2026: Welcome to Bavari's upside down! Above, a traditional bar, below, a stone dining room opens up, stocked with wines and a menu written in chalk on a portable blackboard. Many attentive women follow the progress of the meal, a blend of local flavor and passion. Competitive prices and lots of smiles. 👍
