Absolutely delicious. While I was initially a little taken aback by the fact that the lasagna was vegetarian (what's with this trend?), we thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. Plus, the waiter spoke French, which was very convenient. Of course, everything is homemade. A must-try if you're dining in Apricale.

Very efficient and precise service. The person taking the orders explains the dishes very well and shows off his impeccable French to the many tourists in attendance. A special mention goes to the bread; first, they bring you their own homemade bread with figs and walnuts, which you can enjoy with a taste of the family-owned extra virgin olive oil (Taggiasca olive oil). I'm always a bit skeptical of overly elaborate breads; in this case, I had to change my mind: an absolute delight. For appetizers, we had a typical warm brandacujun with a crust of the aforementioned bread and zucchini flowers with a vegetarian filling. The branda was good, perhaps a little too garlicky. The flowers were good; they were warm and freshly fried. I would prefer them at room temperature, but that's a matter of personal preference. Then we had the rabbit, which was our main curiosity, as the Apricale rabbit is renowned and sold in the finest butchers and delicatessens in the Imperia province. Served with baked potatoes and roasted with Taggiasca olives and Vermentino. Delicious, well-cooked, a touch salty but not overpowering. Once you've discarded the small amount of fat, you can still taste the Vermentino, making it flavorful yet delicate. We ordered two glasses (a Rossese and a rosé made from Rossese grapes), which were admittedly a bit on the small side, along with two bottles of water and two coffees. We paid €80.00. It was a beautiful sunny day, and we ate in the shade of the gazebos. Unfortunately, some flies were a nuisance, but that can happen when eating outside. Beautiful views and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere.

The pizza and focaccia were absolutely divine! Only 1.5 units each.
I thoroughly enjoyed them, and the setting is stunning!

I booked a table at this restaurant for the first time for my husband's birthday, we were not disappointed, everything was delicious from the starter to the dessert, the owner was very welcoming and accommodating ☺️ we will definitely be back.

A very pleasant restaurant with a beautiful view of the village of Perinaldo.
The staff are friendly and speak French. The food is very good; the only slight drawback is the somewhat slow service.
