30/05/2026: We had an appetizer that was very tasty, as was the meat and the side dish, which was fries. We also had gnocchi and pasta; everything was excellent.
23/05/2026: A good osteria in the center of the small village of Salisano. We tried the mixed antipasti, all very good and fresh. And then the house dish, homemade pasta with garlic, marjoram, and pecorino cheese. The house wine was good. Recommended.

26/07/2026: A family-run restaurant, fettuccine with truffle and porcini mushrooms, and wild boar with chestnuts are out of this world! The portions are generous...even starting with the appetizer, you know it's going to be a struggle to finish it all. Luciano and Rosa are two wonderful people, attentive but not intrusive. Their kindness and customer service aren't just a matter of circumstance, they're the essence! Truly top-notch ❤️
