18/12/2024: We had lunch on Sunday in this beautiful place: it is very simple but it is surrounded by nature and this is already enough to create an atmosphere of relaxation and peace. The environment is very welcoming, not very large, and the owner's service was fast and courteous. The menu is fixed with different choices per course, for the main courses mainly meat. The quality of the food is excellent: most of it is home made, from bread to pasta, delicious and genuine dishes: An excellent experience that we will repeat soon. Open on Saturdays for lunch and dinner and on Sundays for lunch, with some exceptions. Compliments!

09/11/2024: Premettendo che per me è come mangiare a casa, bhe, il mio compagno non tiene botta cioè,si addormenta presto, o meglio, la sera alle 20.30 crolla da onesto lavoratore, e quindi, per uscire a cena scegliamo Il Castoro come ottimo ristoro ( So de casa ) ... Scherzi a parte, scegliete la pasta fatta in casa e ripiena se vi piace spessa e corposa, la carne se volete che si sciolga in bocca, la verdura se rinfresca e appaga...e poi, se avete forza e potere in pancia, bhè...il dolce è pura goduria: la Zuppa Inglese fa da regina! Mangia e bevi sereno, lo stomaco, al Castoro, rassereni! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

02/11/2024: Ottima scoperta. Ambiente amichevole e rilassante. La simpatia del personale ha accompagnato dei piatti di qualità superlativa. Tutto ottimo e genuino, dai primi fino ai contorni. Consiglio anche l'amaro della casa che, tra l'altro, abbiamo comprato. Se passate in direzione Antrodoco, vi straconsiglio una tappa a questo ristorante, sono sicuro ne rimarrete soddisfatti.

24/03/2025: Pizzeria that remains a bit hidden with its signs turned off. Stopped for a pizza, clean place and bathrooms. Very friendly staff and excellent pizza even if it is made in the Roman style, that is, low. Honest prices: two covers, two pizzas, a bottle of water, a mug of medium beer, a dessert and a coffee, offered, we spent about € 28. The dessert was special with panna cotta and pistachio cream, really good and not too sweet. I recommend this place.

22/03/2025: We went to dinner intrigued by the menu. We chose a tasting menu for €35. The quality of the fish and the way the dishes were cooked did not satisfy us at all. Francesco was rude especially when the mistletoe was accidentally touched, which I think he is very attached to, as he wanted to point out that it has been there for two years... We couldn't wait to leave

28/12/2024: Un posto semplicemente DIVINO. Abbiamo dormito nel B&B e cenato al ristorante. Siamo andati via tutti e quattro sopraffatti dalla bontà. La bontà del cibo e delle persone. Il locale è gestito da persone fantastiche. Non abbiamo parole per ringraziare dell'accoglienza e della gentilezza. Il cibo è di qualità eccellente. Consiglio di andare e se proprio devo dare un consiglio provate la amatriciana di Alessandro.

10/03/2025: A trattoria located in an isolated place, but immersed in nature. Without pretensions.. it would seem.. given the previous experience of some of our friends who were with us on Sunday and who introduced us to this trattoria. We agree that the food was genuine, but the bill was very salty, as if we were in a chic and central environment: at a table where some of us even shared dishes and where we also halved the appetizer (19 euros each and with cheap raw materials) paying over 40 euros per person.. absolutely not.. we will not return.. I'm sorry..

08/03/2025: Family-run restaurant with 2 internal rooms and in summer a veranda outside immersed in the woods, a comfortable environment countryside, good and homemade food, a starter divided into 4 people, 4 first courses, 1 cut, 1 mixed roast, 3 sausages and potatoes, vegetables, wine, water, 1 dessert, 2 coffees with sweets. 140 euros. all excellent

07/03/2025: Beautiful view of the valley. Excellent 5 star sandwiches and carbonara!! All surrounded by a very warm welcome. Thank you Update 2.3.2025 We returned and as expected we ate divinely again!

24/03/2025: Restaurant found by chance, we opted for the fixed menu...rustic home-made restaurant, friendliness and speed in the waiters who immediately welcomed us and served us perfectly... What can I say about the dishes, all very tasty, thanks for everything, we will be back 🥰
