The atmosphere is a bit small but very nice, the staff improves the mood with their welcome and friendliness, the service is very fast, the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses is good, the amatriciana made with fresh tomatoes for me and the tiramisu for me were decent 👍😘

The owner is extremely friendly, he makes you feel at home, but he does the cooking. It's a trattoria, so expectations should be high. The atmosphere is informal, and you eat and chat with other diners, with pleasure. The cuisine is closer to Roman fare; the ingredients are well-cooked and of good quality. I'll be back. If you are looking for an authentic experience enjoying everything from the delicious locally sourced food to the amazingly warm and friendly staff, this is the place. We found it by chance. The owner (chef) and the girls who served us were truly lovely. The jokes, the service, everything was spot-on and very friendly. The food was exceptional. We finally found a real Hosteria with exquisite, high-quality food at a price we hadn't been this happy with in at least 15 years. It's an intimate, warm, small, perfect place. As I often pass through Cotilia for work, when dinnertime approaches, a stop at Locanda delle Fonti is an opportunity to sample the excellent local dishes made with local produce. The menu varies each time, but always adheres to the excellent local tradition.

The food was great and the Staff was very nice. Everyone was full and the price was very affordable. The Owner made sure we were well and took a shot limonchello with us at the end of our meal. We were the only tourists there and were very welcome. Overall a great experience and well worth the cheap price.
