The place is truly fantastic in the middle of the woods, it's cool even on the hottest days of July and August. The welcome is fantastic, the staff is very helpful and friendly both at the tables and in the kitchen, attentive to every detail, the fried foods are very good, and so is the meat, especially the lamb and the grilled steak.... The only thing I didn't like is the pasta, if I can give the managers a piece of advice, the pasta should be hard, mine was very very very overcooked..... too bad.

The food at Il Piattello is truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, authentic flavors, and quality that shines through from the first bite to the last cup of coffee. A welcoming atmosphere, a pleasant ambiance, and the kind of place where you come once and want to return. The real added value, however, are the staff and owners: extremely kind, attentive, and capable of making you feel at home without being intrusive. A restaurant that works with passion, and it shows. Highly recommended.

Authentic, hearty home cooking. It's a little difficult to get to, but once you get there, you'll feel like you're in heaven. The pasta is homemade and beautifully seasoned, and the meat is excellent and truly grilled. The owners and waiters are all very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for a lunch out in the countryside.
