We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday and the food was excellent. Finger-fried pig worth 10. You pay the right amount, the staff and owner are great. We will definitely be back.

Considering that it is a restaurant-bar, trattoria style I would say that it does its job, it becomes a pleasant stop along the Salaria, the meat is good, the vegetables delicious, the oil genuine, I look forward to returning and tasting the first courses and the pizza during a stop on future trips

Fettuccine ai porcini, abbondante di porcini, buonissime, sgaloppine al vino buonissime, tutte porzioni abbondanti,anche il vino della casa e buono. Ci tornero’ anche se accettano pelosetti con sorriso di rame….

Taverna della Goliardia

07/04/2024: The location of Taverna della Goliardia is a big asset. It's close to the highway, so instead of eating in a boring place along the highway, a 10 minute drive up the hill brings you to another dimension. Magliano Sabina is a cute little village, with fantastic views and green surroundings. The food at Taverna della Goliardia is really good, seasonal, fresh products are used. Great atmosphere, lovely decor, absolutely worth visiting!
30/03/2024: Very tasty Italian with upscale, regional cuisine and very good wines.
