We couldn't have chosen a better restaurant! A refined, warm, informal, and very intimate place. The dinner was divine: we tried the revisited gricia, grilled meat, chicory, delicious baked potatoes, and for dessert, the warm gelato (their ancient family recipe is a must-try) and an incredible sette veli. We also had a great time; Valerio and his team know how to make you feel at home! We traveled from Gaeta and will definitely be back!

I had the opportunity to have lunch on Easter Sunday at this restaurant, famous for having participated and won the competition "4 Ristoranti" with Alessandro Borghese, and I was particularly pleased. Everything was delicious and of the highest quality, with carefully prepared dishes and prompt but impeccable service, and friendly and helpful staff.
The atmosphere, with attention to every detail, made the convivial experience pleasant and informal.

The service was a little lacking.
It's a very nice place, very well decorated, but they should just improve their timing. The staff is friendly.

Everything was top-notch! The atmosphere was refined and the service impeccable, both in terms of customer service and wait times. Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money. Kudos to the entire staff! If you go to Fiuggi, stopping at "Il Locandiere" is a must!

Lots of great stuff. The service is nothing short of excellent. Extremely kind, fast, and helpful.
The dishes are very good, with predominantly Roman cuisine, revisited, but with a few extra touches.
The most original dessert is undoubtedly the warm gelato, originally from Fiuggi.
