Wandering around with our best friend (Can Am Spider Rt), we stopped because we were curious to see if reality matched the show. What can I say? A beautiful, well-kept, and clean location. Extremely kind and professional staff. The owner is very kind and affable, as well as an excellent chef. Tortelli with Morro cod are amazing. Cod with olives is delicious. Lamb chops: The best ever. Beef Cuberoll is excellent. The desserts... The desserts are simply delicious. Coconut Durqois is delicate and excellent. The warm ice cream with meringue is superb. Thanks to the guy in the dining room for the advice. EXCELLENT value for money. Highly recommended!! After our motorcycle stop, this is the second Monday we've returned. Today with a couple of friends, we'll definitely be back... Thank you so much, finally ITALIAN food done right.

We couldn't have chosen a better restaurant! A refined, warm, informal, and very intimate place. Dinner was divine: we tried the revisited gricia, grilled meat, chicory, delicious baked potatoes, and for dessert, the warm gelato (their ancient family recipe is a must-try) and an incredible sette veli. We also had a great time; Valerio and his team know how to make you feel at home! We traveled from Gaeta and will definitely be back!

Went for lunch. Two people. There's plenty of parking, and unfortunately it's full sun in the summer, but whatever... the location is surrounded by greenery, except for the road nearby and a gas station next door, but I guess they don't ruin the tranquility if you're eating outside. The structure is well-organized next to a forest, so it's green and fresh air. There's also a path if you want to take a stroll after dinner. I must say the interior is very pleasant, with elegant yet modern furnishings. Very prominent plants and natural references. The tables next to the window were the best, in my opinion, we've been there. I must say the appetizer was really good, as were the cured meats inside. I had some really tasty fried rolls and hummus. For the first course, the ravioli stuffed with burrata were excellent. My carbonara dell'avvocato had the guanciale slightly too dark in my opinion, which released a bit of flavor throughout the dish. Otherwise, the beers, the arrosticini, and the baked potatoes were okay, really crispy. I have to return to better evaluate the dishes. I have to say, I liked the place, and so did the numerous, attentive, and helpful staff. The bill is always very personal, as is to be expected, depending on your budget. However, the prices are average and affordable, like in city restaurants, so if you're thinking of saving money since it's out of the way in Fiuggi, it's not the case. Still, I recommend it. Oh, and yes, they even have a little robot that helps them deliver the dishes (photo attached).
