A ca's restaurant aside. I was pleasantly surprised to return after a while, even though it's actually close to home and so often you miss the opportunity to go somewhere else, even when passing through. I went for dinner with friends; we varied between appetizers, first courses, and fish-based main courses, but there's also a meat menu if needed. The mixed cold and hot fish appetizers, the first courses were excellent. We tried two first courses: a tonnarello with broccoli rabe, anchovies, and more, with a wonderful sweet and sour combination, and a calamarata with baby octopus and olive sauce, top! The fish main courses are equally delicious; we were already full, but the excellent chef recommended it, and we chose a tuna steak with a blackberry sauce that we fought over, and a tempura cod that was crunchy but still a cloud in the mouth. The wines on the menu are also good, with a very attractive quality/price ratio. If you're unsure, ask for advice. Generally speaking, prices obviously vary depending on what you order, but you can spend anywhere from €35/40 to €60/70 if you indulge in the food and drinks. As an extra, try their homemade desserts, and if you're a grappa lover, they also have some truly unique grappas. The atmosphere is very intimate, refined, and limited. Overall, highly recommended! Carmelo and his incredibly friendly staff will guide you through a delightful food and wine experience, from course to joke. P.S. Not to mention, they're named Italy's best restaurant 2024/25 and awarded the Silver Fork. I recommend making a reservation!

I was looking for a cozy spot for my anniversary, hoping to impress my wife with some unique cuisine. I absolutely hit the nail on the head by going to "A Ca Parte." We ate quality seafood, guided by the chef, and enjoyed every single course. It was an undoubtedly excellent dinner.

An intimate and meticulously maintained location. Carmelo exudes love and passion through his dishes, all of which are absolutely delicious. We felt pampered. We took his advice and were not disappointed.

A small restaurant (and that's a plus) in the Tecchiena countryside, in the municipality of Alatri (FR). The quality and freshness of the fish is undeniable. The raw seafood is worth the €50 (prawns, red shrimp, purple shrimp, oysters, sea bream carpaccio, razor clams). Chef Carmelo is professional, highly experienced, friendly, and approachable. The house wine is good. The first courses are unusual and elaborate, yet showcase the ingredients. We'll be back to try the second courses and other first courses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

First of all, the food is of the highest quality..... when you taste what you eat, it's another story... the chef is spectacular in the kitchen and in the dining room, I couldn't describe it better... small space but warm welcome... excellent service and competence, courtesy and friendliness... I highly recommend

Excellent dinner from the charming Carmelo. We had the pleasure of trying both mountain and seafood dishes, all delicious, made with top-quality ingredients! Special mention goes to the warm filo pastry with zucchini and monkfish cream, the sautéed mussels and clams, the seafood (almost more seafood than pasta), and the amatriciana (fantastic), a special request. The price was commensurate with the quality of what we ate.

Dinner for two. First time at Carmelo. The dinner exceeded our expectations! The restaurant is intimate and very charming, both inside and out. The dishes served were truly top-quality, both in terms of the ingredients used and their pairing. The generous portions and the combination of flavors and ingredients demonstrate the chef's professionalism. We will definitely be back...

A very charming restaurant with truly friendly owners. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, carefully prepared, carefully presented, and never predictable. The chef's expertise is clearly evident in the choice of ingredients (especially fish), wines, and spirits. Reasonable prices. Recommended!

Carmelo, a great chef and entertainer! I invited my friends from Lombardy to dinner at this charming restaurant. They hosted us in the garden, and we felt right at home with the welcome and warmth we received... it's just that at home you don't eat such high-quality dishes, dishes that only a creative and refined chef like Carmelo can produce. The result? We take home the memory of the best dinner of the holiday, with wonderful dishes! Highly recommended if you want to impress friends or simply enjoy refined cuisine like Carmelo's.

02/05/2026: PURE SPECTACULAR!! We came to this place after a friend's recommendation, and what can I say? It's wonderful. Super fresh fish, divine dishes, and friendly staff. I've eaten better fish here in Fiuggi than in other seaside towns. Fair prices. What can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
02/05/2026: A truly lovely, well-kept, welcoming place, with young, friendly staff, always smiling and kind. The dishes were all excellent, tasty, beautifully presented, light, beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat. Crispy fried fish, piping hot and plentiful, sea bream in a potato and almond crust was truly delicate and beautifully presented, and what can we say about the purple gnocchi with clams, very flavorful and appetizing. The cream baba deserves special mention...a delight, beautifully balanced in both the liqueur and the cream. I highly recommend the place, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes we've been curious about.
