22/07/2024: Characteristic and very welcoming atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. The owner is collaborative and honest in the presentation of the dishes. Large menu with refined reinterpretation of traditional dishes. Great selection of wines. All of a high standard in every respect and consistent prices.

17/06/2024: Special place. Excellent food, well-stocked cellar. Nice and very kind owner. I've been 2 times in a month, 100 km from home. It deserves it!!!!!

15/08/2024: Immersed in nature near a transparent bathing river, there is this trattoria where local delicacies are cooked, all homemade pasta, porcini and bacon ragu, pappardelle with wild boar, lamb, loins and local vegetables, exquisite desserts, tarts with jam homemade local berries, homemade liqueurs, I mention the excellent fennel. There are no times, just book a few days in advance and show up after half past midday. The portions are generous and the prices adequate for the quality. Attentive and kind waiters. Very nice owner. I highly recommend visiting the place, to spend a pleasant day full of nature and good food. This place is truly a rare flower. Don't miss it! We will return. Monica

In all this authenticity, frozen desserts are a little out of place, but this is my personal opinion. However, if you are in the area or even make a small detour to come and enjoy some really good and well-cooked meat here.

11/08/2024: Un solo consiglio per iniziare...ANDATECI! Cibo sublime, gentilezza del.personale, atmosfera accogliente. Ho fatto 1 ora di auto per andare ma credetemi ne è valsa la pena. Antipasto ricco , tonnarelli cacio e pepe cremosi ,la carbonara ancora nel cuore. Prezzo concorrenziale. Continuate così e a prestissimo.

01/09/2024: I celebrated my 18th birthday here. The location is truly fantastic, especially the area near the swimming pool. Dinner was also very good and lived up to my expectations.

29/08/2024: Structure located in a quiet location, it has 8 rooms, breakfast room, restaurant, swimming pool and various relaxation areas. Our very comfortable room, with private terrace and well furnished. The service provided by the girls we met was impeccable, very friendly, precise and attentive to every customer need.

08/08/2024: Staying in this wonderful farmhouse means fully experiencing Italian culture and in particular that of Piglio. The family that runs it and the whole team are charming and professional people who make you feel at home. As for the food, we can say that it was one of the best places we ate in, for the quality of the product and the traditional and artisanal preparations. The estate wine is also fantastic. In short, if the traveler wants to unplug from the frenzy of the city, this little oasis among the vineyards is the right place.

04/08/2024: Place recommended by a friend of mine. My family and I had a great lunch, even though it was Sunday with many guests, the service was excellent. Outdoor table overlooking the very breezy wine rows. Really great food. From the fassona tartare, to the first courses and side dishes. Too bad I didn't have enough space for second courses or desserts. Excellent excuse to go back! The water and flour pasta with 3 grains is really tasty!

14/08/2024: Very high gastronomic quality, delicious and authentic dishes for a very low price. The canteen keeps its promises, simple, excellent cuisine that will be remembered. We will definitely come back for the taste. The restaurant has the faults of its qualities, since everything is fresh and made to order I think (given the taste), we wait a bit. 12/08/2024: Di transito telefono e ottengo un tavolo da tre.... Una semplice caprese di qualità e una semplice pasta al pomodoro x mia figlia... Tutto ottimo... Io invece i migliori bucatini alla matriciana mai mangiati prima! Ci ho pensato x due giorni. Inoltre vedevo la carbonara che aveva un ottima faccia e anche gli gnocchi alla sorrentina. Preso il dolce semplice ma super e il conto davvero modico.... Consigliatissimo.

19/08/2024: We arrived to visit Arcinazzo staying in the beautiful B&B Metamorphosi which is a 15 minute drive from Fiuggi, we found this beautiful typical Hostaria almost by chance on a Saturday evening (we were also lucky that we found a free place with half an hour of waiting without reservation). Welcoming you were the kind waitresses who made us feel at home, the menu of the day written on a huge blackboard inside the restaurant. I highly recommend the Hostaria appetizer, it really deserves a lot. We can't wait to return (from Pordenone).

Gli invitati sono rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Ringraziamo il personale di sala, gentile, preparato, disponibile, paziente. 18/08/2024: Troppo affollato. Sala interna aria condizionata con finestre aperte per far uscire l’odore dei fumi della cucina. La pizza è arrivata dopo 2 ore e mezza e non ne è valsa neanche la pena! Pasta cruda Pizza di piccole dimensioni

Abundant appetizers... delicious first courses (the carbonara was exceptional) exquisite grilled meat... but their specialty is roast suckling pig with potatoes... to be booked... Excellent choice of wines... Excellent value for money...enjoy your meal

18/08/2024: Sono stato più volte in questo ristorante e sono sempre rimasto soddisfattissimo. Per lavoro mangio quasi tutti i giorni al ristorante, e non posso che consigliare questo posto. Ottima cucina, ottime materie prime, location rilassante.

V'era solo una fettina di formaggio, una bruschetta, una mozzarellina e non due di ognuno visto che eravamo in due. Ci aspettavamo altri piccoli antipasti e non solo questo tagliere e stretto e lungo
