19/02/2026: On a Sunday lunch, the crowded and noisy atmosphere prevented us from fully enjoying the pleasures of the table. Some dishes certainly deserve to be savored with due caution.

07/02/2026: I had only heard about Simone, his staff, and the deliciousness of the dishes. Being there confirmed everything I'd been told. The friendly, young, and welcoming staff make you feel like family. The dishes are simply delicious, the appetizers plentiful and rich. The homemade lasagna is simply divine. Guys, I hope to return soon.

04/12/2025: Went for a private party. The place was very well-maintained and the food was well-stocked, with classic touches and the right amount of refinement. The wines were plentiful, though not particularly sophisticated.

15/07/2025: From the very beginning, meeting Mrs. Rita and her wonderful family, I knew I was in the right place... the results far exceeded my expectations... the confidential, friendly, and sincere relationship was just the prelude to an evening marked by perfect and competent organization, excellent food, perfect service, and what can I say about the young and fantastic chef Lorenzo? Simply... unique... and Claudia? Excellent, calm and fast, tireless and... the perfect organizer... last but not least, Luigi, always smiling, tireless, and uniquely kind... I could go on, but... I recommend trying it for yourself and you'll understand that my description is nothing compared to the reality. Thank you, Rita, you are fantastic and real. 08/03/2026: For years, once or twice a year, my friends and I have treated ourselves to Pompeo's Osteria Borgo Incantato. It's a regular event we wouldn't miss for anything in the world. With just 25-30 seats, the atmosphere is intimate and meticulously curated: a homey atmosphere enhanced by refined table linens, a perfect blend of elegance and warmth. ​Each time, we're amazed by the dishes created with excellent ingredients, often local, but always of the finest quality. Pompeo's work is exceptional: he puts care, love, and a contagious charm into it. Honorable mention goes to the wine, always top-notch (after all, the "Cinese del Piglio" is a guarantee of absolute quality). ​It's a unique place where you can experience the convivial atmosphere of an osteria, but dine with the sophistication of a Michelin-starred restaurant... all at trattoria prices. The journey here is amply rewarded by a culinary experience that's different every time. A true gem.

28/02/2026: I've known Pompeo for years, and every time I return to Osteria al Vicolo Fatato, it feels like home. He's a true host, one of those authentic ones who pours passion, soul, and authenticity into every dish. Every appetizer is an explosion of flavor: different options, never banal, but always top-notch. You can taste his love for traditional cuisine, crafted with patience and expert craftsmanship, capable of taking you back to fond memories with just a single taste. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a special moment with friends or family. And then there's Pompeo, along with his staff: the real icing on the cake. Attentive, smiling, and professional, they manage to make you enjoy an experience that goes beyond a simple lunch or dinner. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his cuisine and for the culinary emotion he gives us every time. It's not just a restaurant, it's a place where taste meets soul. 27/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, a lovely surprise on the way to Naples. Excellent and very uncomfortable. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: A delightful restaurant, discovered by chance on our way to Fiuggi. One of the best discoveries of recent years, a restaurant serving traditional dishes with a modern twist. The ingredients, clearly sourced locally, are spectacular and expertly assembled, providing great satisfaction for the palate and the spirit. Speaking of spirit, the restaurant boasts an excellent wine cellar, and the wines we chose to accompany the dishes were truly top-notch. The owners are wonderful and kind people; you can sense the love and care that permeates the entire business. Last but not least, the bill is incredibly fair, a rare thing these days, when we often spend too much for mediocre food. I give everything 5 stars, hoping to return soon for a third time.

10/03/2026: Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, paper tableware, cutlery not included. A large upstairs room, a bit impersonal. We waited a long time for the first courses, which were SUPERB; the appetizer wasn't up to par with the first courses. 1.5-liter plastic Coke bottles, too much. Excellent dessert. Good prices, 4 of us spent 90 euros.

09/03/2026: Typical homemade cuisine. Excellent ingredients. The owners and staff are truly friendly. I highly recommend it. We've been to La Foce again, and I can confirm our previous experience. Definitely worth a try.

15/03/2026: On a Sunday outing, we chose Torrice, a village in Ciociaria, a few kilometers from Frosinone, making a reservation at this restaurant, attracted by its uncommon but actually very ancient name. In short, we had a wonderful time. Quality products from appetizers to dessert. The owner and staff were extremely kind and attentive to their customers. We highly recommend it. See you soon, Gianni and Elena. We're sorry, but we didn't take photos of the dishes because they were too good to distract from the flavor.

10/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant by chance. Probably one of the best I've ever eaten at. A typical Ciociaria trattoria where you can still feel the tranquility. Fresh homemade pasta, delicious food, and extremely friendly staff. If I ever return to Ciociaria, it will be the first place I think of for lunch.

09/03/2026: The grilled pork shoulder with porcini mushrooms and truffles is excellent. The grilled pork shoulder is also well-cooked, I'd say impeccable. The quality-price ratio is also good. The bruschetta, however, is a bit skimpy and dry. Overall, I recommend it.

19/01/2026: IT IS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL MANAGED BY THE OWNERS, SURROUNDED BY GREENLAND BUT LOCATED IN THE TOWN AND CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY, THEREFORE VERY EASY TO REACH, AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, WITH PARTICULAR AVAILABILITY ON THE PART OF THE OWNERS.

06/02/2026: A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Sora's historic center, where you can enjoy dinner in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes, from appetizers to main courses, offer full and intense flavors, and the quality of the ingredients is extremely high. I ordered the Maresciallo appetizer, rich and tasty, and the mixed roast beef to finish off the meal. The meat was very good, cooked just as I requested. There's a good selection of wines, all topped off by a warm, courteous, and professional welcome and service. I will definitely return when I'm in the Sora area!

A good selection of wines. Good value for money. The location is well-positioned, but parking is a bit difficult as it's almost in the city center.

14/03/2026: Typical Ciociaria cuisine, helpful staff, and excellent quality dishes. The portions aren't oversized, but that's a good thing because it's sustainable and doesn't weigh you down.
