Only today did I remember to leave a review when I told my sister to go there. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Excellent products, worth trying both for dinner and takeout. The owner, a very kind person, understood my weakness for cheese and let me taste so many. Seeing is believing, I can't wait to return to Fiuggi to stop by.

25/03/2026: I just had what I can only classify as “the best carpaccio I ever tasted”. The meat, tomato’s and pecorino are rich. Can’t wait for the next course. Yep, also magnifico! Excellent taste. (I eat in a restaurant 4 days per week for most weeks in the year …)
25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

The tiramisu was delicious, but a little... not enough! And for the price, I have to say it's in line with the price... The coffee was good!
