Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. Very welcoming place, excellent, let's be clear, whether you want lunch or dinner. Very kind and attentive staff. Special, delicious food, excellent workmanship. The grilled meat is the Patron Saint. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had dinner last night, everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere, the starter with a platter full of mixed cold cuts, cheeses and a warm focaccia with bacon on top, for the second course a delicious Angus steak accompanied by chicory... and to finish on a sweet note a lovely bowl of strawberries. I'd say everything was perfect. Congratulations!

The experience began with a mixed appetizer of cured meats and cheeses that to call "excellent" is almost an understatement: carefully selected products, authentic and well-balanced flavors, perfect for starting the meal and preparing the palate. The attention to the quality of the ingredients is immediately apparent. But it's with the main courses that the restaurant really shines. The grilled chicken was simply perfect: impeccably cooked, the meat tender, juicy, and with that charred aroma that truly makes all the difference. The Chianina burger, then, was something extraordinary: top-quality meat, flavorful, cooked to perfection, and capable of providing a truly satisfying experience with every bite. The quality and expertise in preparation are clearly evident. The side dishes included golden, flavorful baked potatoes and a truly exquisite sautéed chicory, perfectly flavorful, as tradition dictates. Simple dishes, but executed with great care and respect for local cuisine. Everything was accompanied by an excellent Cesanese del Piglio, a wine that perfectly complemented the meat's flavors and harmoniously completed the experience. The service deserves a special mention: impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. But above all, a huge thank you goes to the owner, Alessandro, a truly special person. Welcoming, helpful, and passionate, he conveys his love for his work and his restaurant. His presence makes guests feel at home and contributes to an even more enjoyable experience. In conclusion, the Museum restaurant is more than just a place where you eat well: it's an experience of quality, passion, and attention to detail. A place to return to and one I would recommend without hesitation to anyone who loves good food, especially properly grilled meat. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back!

We went to this restaurant in Fiuggi yesterday, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience. The place is neat and clean, the staff is young but well-trained, and the food is excellent and very good value. Both the first and second courses were excellent. I recommend anyone in the area to try it, we'll definitely be back; it'll be a stop every time we're in Fiuggi.

We stumbled upon the restaurant after staying at the Fiuggi Spa. What can I say? A fantastic restaurant, from the friendly and courteous waiters to the service and, finally, the freshness and deliciousness of the dishes. From the appetizer, to the meat tartare, to the main course and side dish, everything was truly delicious. The best part was the carefully selected meats grilled on an open fire. We won't hesitate to return.
