The appetizer was good, although since it featured local products, they couldn't tell us the name of the particular salami served. The pizza was disappointing (the toppings were good, but the dough was unsavory), and it was served almost cold; as it cooled, it was even impossible to cut. I wouldn't return.

My friends and I had lunch yesterday at this very nice restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was quick and friendly, the prices were low and the quality was high. Ten stars for the mixed starter and the delicious panna cotta.

Close to the highway exit, it's a nice, modern and well-kept place. The waiter who served us was kind and professional, the food was good, and above all, I was able to eat gluten-free without any problems!

Friendly staff, excellent service, and a beautiful, meticulously renovated 19th-century location! If you want to try typical Ciociaria dishes, this is a great place. Delicious appetizers paired with freshly baked pizza bianca. The cianbelline cooked in wine (typical of Sorane) are also delicious. In short, seeing is believing!
