Moving on to the food, the starter left me a little surprised, as I expected it to be richer than how it was described. However, I appreciate the quality and authenticity of your cuisine. The trout spaghetti was delicious and I ate it with pleasure. The meat main courses were also appreciated, showing good mastery in preparation.
