If you are a tourist traveling across Italy don't miss out this place! It is the most typical place where you can eat in Italy hinterland. Set menu, but you can choose quantities, local wine, cheap prices, home tastes. Don't let you fool by the ambient, that's also typical, you'll have the perfect Sunday launch with the speciality, roasted lamb and potatoes, I am feeling the urge to eat them again now that I am writing

25/10/2025: A unique place to rediscover traditional flavors. The owner, Domenico, is exceptional.
01/09/2025: A charming trattoria, still in its 1970s glory, complete with a telephone booth. The charming gentleman welcomes us like a local. The set menu is unpretentious, and for €20 you can't get more: fettuccine with meat sauce, a main course of skewered sausage, with baked potatoes, water, wine, coffee, and amaro.

Ristorante Pizzeria La Rosetta

03/05/2026: Truly surprising, we had lunch here at the end of our weekend in Lazio. We happened upon this bistro and were delighted with everything, from the kindness of the staff to the quality of the food. We highly recommend it if you're passing through Alatri, and you should definitely stop here in addition to visiting the town.
30/04/2026: I had an absolutely unforgettable experience here. The food was simply outstanding — without a doubt the best pasta I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. And the mille foglie (mille-feuille) was beyond incredible, easily the best I’ve tasted. The service matched the quality of the food: attentive, warm and genuinely welcoming. Overall, everything — the food, the service and the atmosphere — was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
