30/03/2025: Hi, I'm giving my review. I came here and ordered the really delicious appetizers but then I decided to order a potato supplì, the inside of the supplì was mushy and strange but the frozen mozzarella, yes, frozen as if it had just come out of the freezer, and not heated up. This is my review, if it hadn't been for the supplì I would have given it 4 stars.

19/03/2025: Initially they made us wait 1 hour because it was Saturday the rest everything was good the atmosphere the service was fantastic they even apologized for the wait Thanks.

18/03/2025: Despite the reservation, we had to wait over half an hour to be seated. Problem with the cheesecake: for us it was sour, but the waitress said it wasn't, saying that that taste came from the type of process used. But, strangely, he had brought an extra dessert (perhaps in anticipation of my complaints?). Overall satisfied and would still recommend it to everyone.

22/09/2024: Good food, plentiful. We took a km.0 appetizer, a porcini mushroom ribbon, a smoked scamorza with porcini mushrooms, a dessert, a water and a beer. There was a small mistake on the starter as we had asked for one to share but instead they brought a platter with two portions but, being very good, we certainly didn't struggle to eat it all.

22/09/2024: Buon cibo, abbondante. Abbiamo preso un antipasto km.0, una fettuccia ai porcini, una scamorza affumicata ai porcini, un dolce, un' acqua e una birra. C'è stato un piccolo errore sull'antipasto in quanto ne avevamo chiesto uno da dividere invece hanno portato un tagliere con due porzioni ma, essendo molto buono, non abbiamo certo faticato a mangiare tutto.

10/03/2025: Credo di aver visto poche volte locali così belli e ben curati. A partire dal fronte strada. Gli arredi interni credo siano in stile post industriale, bellissimo, accogliente, ricercato, ricco di oggettistica storica (ludica) o semplicemente fuori contesto, proprio stilosissimo! Le cucine a vista, i divani, le luci, i piatti tutti particolari... Complimenti davvero, per me non solo il più bel locale di Cassino ma credo di un raggio molto più ampio. Veramente TOP.

17/02/2025: What can I say! Everything 🔝 starting from the location, not least the kindness of the staff and the amazing food. Beautiful open kitchen... today commenting with the hotelier where I stayed, I don't think I exaggerated by saying "it's not a simple dinner but an experience!" I recommend the cut with tequila & lime and in the appetizers cheese and pears, grilled vegetables with raclette and in the desserts dishwasher fruit and banana but just by reading about them you would taste them all! The price is proportionate to what you eat! Standing ovation for this place

Il locale è luminoso, pulito e il servizio è ottimo, il personale è molto attento ad ogni bisogno del cliente, sono solari e sempre disponibili, aperti ad ogni proposta del cliente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, Gli antipasti sono ricchi e gustosi e i primi piatti ottimi ed abbondanti. Di secondi e di contorni c'è né una vasta scelta e i prodotti sono ottimi. Si mangia bene e si sta bene. Il conto è ottimo. Ha dei costi accessibili per tutti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

16/03/2025: I attended a little girl's first birthday party where the Herbarium herbalist's shop created the perfect setup, the food was excellent, the service was attentive and the staff were kind and friendly.

15/03/2025: Delicious dinner. The owner is a very kind person. The place was really nice and what's more it offered a fairly varied menu with very honest prices. If I ever pass through these parts again I will definitely return

27/09/2024: In "transito" a Frosinone scelgo questa osteria slow food .Il nome identifica il locale innanzitutto per la proposta di vini ben rappresentati dall' "oste".Mangiamo la terrina di muscolo con misticanza,fettuccine al ragout bianco di bufala,pasta e fagioli,straccetti di bufalo.Tutto di buona qualità negli ingredienti,qualche interpretazione discutibile ,prezzi nella media.Servizio molto gentile ,propositivo ed esaustivo.

15/02/2025: Tasty, balanced and well-presented cuisine. Raw materials of excellent quality and above all seasonal. Overall interesting menu proposal with the right number of courses. The wine list is good, with particular attention to natural wines or wines from organic or biodynamic agriculture. Very attentive service. Clean and pleasant place that could be better valorised.

13/04/2025: Trattoria like it used to be, simple but nice. For reasons of time we only took a plate of gnocchi. Good but I expected them to be home made, but instead they were from the local pasta factory. The waiter was very kind even though at the beginning he asked us what we wanted to eat, rather than offering us a menu. But that's part of the simplicity of the place and didn't bother me too much. Maybe I'll come back to try other dishes.
