24/06/2026: A secluded gem of a restaurant just off a piazza in a beautiful village. The service was extraordinary; we felt like we had a private chef. The staff handled our lack of proficient Italian superbly as we were an English speaking American family visiting the area. The food was incredible with unique touches to each dish. You could tell that a lot of effort went into providing fresh ingredients that were blended by a talented chef. This was one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had.

13/03/2026: The gnocchi with tomato sauce were delicious, the focaccia equally delicious, and the rustic baked potatoes were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, and the two girls are very polite and kind. It's worth returning.

12/03/2026: A small restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Local cuisine, simple and impeccably executed. High-quality ingredients, and courteous and friendly staff. Gnocchi alla fiuggina...divine. Highly recommended, and we'll gladly return.

25/03/2026: This place feels like a typical Sunday lunch for grandma, and like any other grandma, the pasta dishes are always generous. The menu is practically non-existent, but you don't have to worry about it; the owner is incredibly charismatic, making the place even more welcoming. I strongly recommend booking days in advance; it's always packed.

05/07/2026: The food is overpriced; a plate of pasta costs €25. The place is beautiful, but it's only suitable for special occasions. The website should be updated to make it clear to customers that it's not suitable for a quick bite. Don't be fooled by the location alone. It's very gourmet.

18/06/2026: So, I am going to be very critical of this place more than most others. Here, you will eat very very well and for the quality of the food you will spend less than obvious tourist traps spread all over Italy. But here, you are hidden in an area even locals may not find and it resides in a small town. So, the pasta dishes, although tasty are a bit overpriced for the area (not because of the quality). The meat, I find very well priced. Overall a very good experience for me. A typical American will find this place an absolute gem of a restaurant and rate it a 6 out of 5 (they easily rate 5 for mediocre restaurants).

The location is beautiful, with a large, well-kept and welcoming garden, but the interior is also pleasant, with beautifully set tables and attentive, friendly service. The appetizers and meat-based first courses are excellent. We haven't tried the fish or pizza, but we'll definitely be back very soon...

14/03/2026: I'm a tour guide who just left this well-stocked butcher's shop! My group had a great time with the brilliant butcher's girls who explained and told us the history of the various cured meats. The welcome and kindness with which they served us was special! The porchetta, mortadella, and corallina are top-notch! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area, whether alone or with groups. It's truly the best Ciociaria!

17/05/2026: Pizzeria da Giuliano is a cute and welcoming place. Its spacious dining rooms welcome customers in a family-friendly atmosphere. Parking is good, and the view is stunning. The appetizer is served with a plate of cured meats on the side, accompanied by another plate of fried foods—an excellent choice for those with lactose intolerance. The pizza, which we ordered mixed, was truly delicious. The bill was very reasonable. Definitely worth a try.

It's ideal for groups and families, and can also be used for parties or ceremonies. On Friday evenings, if you love dining out, they offer a truly fabulous meat platter. The menu features generous traditional Ligurian first courses, side dishes, and desserts. Everything is served quickly and courteously, while you enjoy the sea view from above.

The house antipasto is noteworthy, a true triumph of local tradition. Every bite speaks of the region: Artfully cooked eggplant. A fragrant rice cake that tastes like home. Focaccia and panissa served hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pesto picagge are also excellent. The pasta, with its perfect consistency, pairs perfectly with a fragrant, creamy, and bright green pesto, enhancing every single bite without ever being overpowering. Service and Atmosphere The staff makes your stay even more enjoyable. The staff proved to be: Competent: capable of passionately explaining the origins of the dishes. Attentive: never intrusive, but always available for every need. Friendly: a warm welcome that makes you feel like a welcome guest and not just a customer. The only small flaw is the option to have wine by the glass, in 1/4, 1/2, and 1 liter quantities.
