27/04/2025: Il bettoliere is an excellent restaurant which in addition to being surrounded by an enchanting mountainous backdrop... It offers a unique and sublime cuisine with unique and typical high quality dishes. Both the chef's ability to present the dishes in an enveloping way and all the support of the family are masterful, and thanks to their pure availability and full affability, we enter a purely human and welcoming dimension. We didn't feel like we were passing through on a trip at all, but we had the feeling of being an integral part of a lifestyle. Which I will carry as a model to imitate. 08/03/2025: Very clean place and very nice structure, friendly and helpful staff. The various dishes I chose were all very good including the fried dishes which were delicate. The only flaw is the various types of sauces I took, either decidedly salty or too sweet, but in any case it's worth coming back because it's excellent for everything else 🔝

20/05/2025: Guests for a ceremony, in a delicate, sober, relaxing but extremely pleasant environment. Aperitif in the garden, but the prosecco could have been a little better. The courses from appetizer to dessert, prepared by a skilled hand both in plating and in taste. The homemade pasta, very good, the second course even better. The second course of fish, from the mini fried fish to the sea bass were very good. The staff, extremely professional, kind and tireless.

27/05/2025: Central location, tastefully and originally furnished restaurant offering welcome and hospitality. Family management characterized by friendliness and cordiality. Excellent choice for a quick lunch break and also for a dinner with friends. A guarantee for both fish and meat options. The typical Italian desserts are always homemade and delicious. I recommend the cod Livorno style.

20/05/2025: We found this restaurant by chance and it was a nice surprise: the owner and all the staff were very welcoming and kind. The appetizers were delicious, the pasta with cod and cod Livorno style, all cooked on the spot. The cod is the specialty. The choice of wines was excellent. Highly recommended

03/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante attratti dal menù originale e dalle ottime recensioni. Le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente surclassare. Bel locale, personale gentile ed accogliente, ma su tutto un ottimo menù. I piatti proposti sono ottimi ed innovativi e, a differenza dei soliti ristoranti gourmet, con porzioni sostanziose. Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, consigliatissimo!!!!!

18/06/2025: We came for two consecutive days, the day before in the late afternoon we ordered drinks and we were served a delicious aperitif, which was very welcome. The next day, we went shortly after dinner and ordering the same drinks we received nothing, except two chips and a small handful of taralli, even the straws were missing. Too bad, the day before we were very satisfied, this aperitif left us dissatisfied…
