15/11/2025: Unfortunately, with the all-you-can-eat price, you have to pay for sauces in addition to drinks. Previously, they came directly with the dish you ordered. Now you have to order them and they're not included. The price of drinks should also go down a bit. Very good food.

09/12/2025: Excellent experience. We went on the recommendation of friends. Everything was truly special. I didn't give it five stars because the wait was a bit long, but it could be improved with more attention to guests. I highly recommend it.

04/12/2025: A welcoming atmosphere and excellent cuisine. The staff, explaining the menu to us, guided us through the selection of dishes, highlighting the characteristics and strengths of each course, and expertly advised us on the wine selection. The selection ranged from traditional dishes to interesting new interpretations. The service was prompt and extremely courteous. I would also say the prices were more than fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: Have used this restaurant for many years now and have never been disappointed, food is fantastic and the staff are absolutely amazing and have time to talk to you and give you advice on things like looking for your family history if from casalattico or visiting nearby places ect. 09/11/2025: I had dinner here with my wife on Saturday. We found a little gem in the city. The restaurant has three very welcoming rooms, and the warm, rustic decor immediately put us at ease. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the owner, Gianluca, was friendly and kind. I recommend everyone try the dishes here.

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

I've been back several times when passing through Frosinone and always recommend it to anyone in the area. Always a sure thing.

Last night, he turned our evening around after we'd had a terrible experience at another well-known restaurant in Cassino... I recommend Elvio's pizzeria to everyone... and the pizza stuffed with prosciutto tastes TOP FRESH! Thank you ❤️
