15/08/2024: ORGANIZAZZIONE PESSIMA!!! Abbiamio aspetta un'ora per i primi tutti uguali molto scarsi e di qualità mediocre. Dopo aver atteso per più di un'ora i secondi ci hanno riferito che non era più possibile avere le fritture. Ci hanno portato dei secondi di carne che non erano all'altlezza del loro prezzo.

19/06/2024: Ci siamo fermati al ritorno dopo una passeggiata nel cassinate, conoscevamo il ristorante solo per sentito dire ed oggi è stata l’occasione per provare , location elegante e accogliente, siamo stati accolti dal personale cordiale e molto professionale, abbiamo mangiato piatti di pesce ma non le solite portate ma insolite e gustosissime insomma , da leccarsi i baffi , abbiamo mangiato dei primi, secondi e dolci , rapporto prezzo qualità buono , ritorneremo presto!

24/03/2024: We spent a very pleasant evening at Olimpus. We chose the fish menu: an Olimpus starter (selection of cold and hot); two first courses (bigoli with lemon, cuttlefish, yellow datterino tomatoes and scented bread; trofie, requested as an alternative to tagliolini, with calamari, artichokes and smoked swordfish) and a second course (grilled fish). Everything delicious, well seasoned, plentiful, of good quality. The cuisine perhaps lacks those nuances of flavors that you expect from such a well-structured menu, also considering the importance of the venue. Service ok. The account is convincing.

20/08/2024: The Cauta tavern is worth going to. It is located in the Castle area and therefore in the highest part of the country where you can have a magnificent view and can eat outdoors. The grill with embers is visible! The home-made cuisine is well prepared and plentiful. The person is kind and very helpful. Great for being in company. In the evening you might also need a sweater. Booking recommended. Definitely low costs.

12/08/2024: Excellent family meal. The welcome was warm, we ate very well. The antipasti are good, the pasta al dente, and the cuts of meat excellent. The price is very fair. Honestly the value for money is excellent, it's a must when you come to the region, top!

11/08/2024: Excellent pizza and good price. We had a wonderful evening. The staff were very kind including Mr. Mario, since we were going for the first time, he showed us well how to do it. (There are no waiters). The only flaw was that the tables were too small. However we will definitely return.

22/08/2024: Siamo appena usciti da questo ristorante delizioso! Atmosfera elegante ma al tempo stesso informale e un proprietario ad accoglierti veramente gentile e disponibile. Avevamo chiamato per chiedere se fosse anche attrezzato per il senza glutine ed è stato di parola: la persona celiaca ha mangiato veramente molto bene, con una frittura di verdure fatta appositamente per lei! Il resto della compagnia ha mangiato primi piatti sia di mare che di terra ed erano tutti veramente buoni. Per i due bimbi presenti due cotolette con doratura di corn flakes che hanno spazzolato in pochi minuti. Assolutamente da tenere in considerazione se ci si trova a mangiare a Cassino!

23/07/2024: Nice and spacious bar with outdoor gazebo. I went today to have a hot cappuccino with a piece of tart (even if the piece was small) but it was good. And it only cost €1 (usually, in bars, compared to the usual croissants, the pieces of tart cost a euro more). Recommended.😊Friendly and helpful girl at the bar.

23/07/2024: The food is good and it's a nice restaurant!😊 The portions are so generous that I don't always manage to finish them. It's also a bar. Today I went to have breakfast with my father and the prices aren't bad. I went quite late and the croissants were already finished. Only the tart was left. Breakfast for two: cappuccino, tart (even if the piece is small) and coffee only €3.10 (usually, the piece of tart, compared to the croissant, costs €1 more and increases the price of breakfast. Instead, it went well and it was good too.😋

22/04/2024: Professionalism, hospitality and above all a lot of passion make this restaurant the ideal place to indulge in real "culinary pampering". I celebrated my birthday there with my family and I must say that everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and I warmly thank all the staff. Luca A.

01/04/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance while going to dinner with some local friends, we didn't expect to find a restaurant of this quality in Morolo. High levels of both plating, service and quality of raw materials. Excellent service with waiter and manager very kind and very attentive to everything, excellent service. Small but welcoming environment, few tables but well served. Not a very wide choice of bubbles but otherwise a quality of raw materials that you don't expect in a village like this. The veal fillet was excellent and fell apart and melted in the mouth. Small but excellent menu. We will definitely be back.

16/06/2024: Excellent dinner, each dish dedicatedly prepared to the moment. An authentic flavor experience. We ordered tasting antipasto, trofie with ricotta and walnuts, noodles with truffle cream, risotto cacio e pere, pizza diavola, two glasses of Merlot, mineral water. For dessert, ice cream truffle with lemoncello, ricotta cream with sponge cake, chocolate volcano and tiramisu. Everything perfect, excellent presentation and an excellent combination of flavors and textures. And all for less than €22 per person!!!
