03/12/2025: Good evening We visited this restaurant again, a family lunch for four. Everything is always perfect, from the service to the food, from the location to the friendliness of the owners. We had made a reservation for polenta, and they offered us a trio of appetizers, including pork ribs, porcini mushrooms, and turnip greens, which we happily accepted. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, but book in advance as you risk a long wait.

All you have to do is step inside and let yourself be transported by Roberto and his wife, who will offer you a truly blissful experience, while also delighting your palate with some of the finest ingredients in the entire Comino Valley. A truly special place!

21/04/2026: A truly delightful Sunday lunch immersed in nature. Fata Verde Orto e Locanda is a small haven of peace in Alvito, where you can experience authenticity and attention to detail. The food is fresh, authentic, and prepared with great care, showcasing local produce. I really appreciated the willingness to accommodate special needs (I don't eat carbohydrates, and the alternatives were incredibly tasty), a sign of true customer care. The owner and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always smiling, helping to create a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. They were truly indulgent with our children, who were sometimes quite noisy. A place I recommend to anyone seeking good food, tranquility, and authentic contact with nature. I will definitely be back! Also because the parmigiana you served reminded me of my grandmother. I was moved, that's all. I think summer evenings spent in your garden are wonderful.

19/04/2026: Nice surprise not far from Rome. Spa has many areas for relaxing with either hot tubs or sauna or steam rooms. There's also a nice pool but as it's not heated we didn't use it in Spring. A nice discovery with great views over a green valley

09/03/2026: The only flaw that led to the 3-star rating is the use of only one bathrobe. When you're outside, especially at night, after the first drying, you practically can't dry yourself. Needs a rethink.

06/04/2026: We had lunch here for Easter and it was a truly delightful experience. Everything was excellent: high-quality ingredients, well-prepared, and with authentic flavors. The portions were also perfect, just the right amount to enjoy lunch without overindulging. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. The setting is also quiet and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful holiday. The only small drawback was the parking: we had to leave our car on the street, but that's completely understandable given how busy it was that day. Overall, a very positive experience that we would recommend.

The location is welcoming and, importantly, even though the restaurant was packed, it was pleasantly quiet, making for a relaxing dinner. Finally, the service was very attentive and professional, positively contributing to the overall experience. This is a restaurant to recommend!

02/04/2026: I came here alone for two consecutive evenings while traveling. The atmosphere is wonderful. Thanks to the young and handsome owner and the friendly Italian friends around, I had a great time in a family-like atmosphere. I think the outdoor seating would be nice too.

10/01/2026: I found this place through reviews, and let's face it, they're essential these days! Everything is excellent! From the kind and welcoming staff to the products they offer. The guys are truly knowledgeable about what they offer and, above all, have fantastic empathy! I highly recommend this little spot for an aperitivo/aperitivo dinner (because it doesn't look like much, but it's really a lot) in small company. ❤️ The Girl with the Red Glasses 👓

06/02/2026: I have to say the quality is very high, with fantastic flavors and just the right proportions, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food and fast service... Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.

13/03/2026: The gnocchi with tomato sauce were delicious, the focaccia equally delicious, and the rustic baked potatoes were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, and the two girls are very polite and kind. It's worth returning.

12/03/2026: A small restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Local cuisine, simple and impeccably executed. High-quality ingredients, and courteous and friendly staff. Gnocchi alla fiuggina...divine. Highly recommended, and we'll gladly return.

07/05/2026: I ate there with my partner on a Wednesday for lunch. The place is rustic but charming, and the service was very quick, if a little rough. We had some pretty good spring rolls (presumably fried in 10W40), grilled ravioli, and two first courses. Everything was delicious and just the right amount of spice. The final bill was €15 for two. Prices like this probably haven't been seen in over 20 years. Worth returning every now and then.

05/05/2026: Pepe Nero is always a wonderful confirmation... I've been coming here with my family for several years now, and I can say we feel right at home. It's the TOP restaurant in Frosinone! The owner, Antonio, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional! As are all his staff: from the excellent chefs to the friendly and attentive waitresses. The restaurant is modern, family-friendly, and spotlessly clean. THE FOOD IS ALL HIGH-QUALITY, made with top-quality ingredients! Every time I come, I always take tons of photos of the dishes I try because, besides being delicious, they're also beautifully plated... spectacular! I OBVIOUSLY RECOMMEND IT!
