A secluded gem of a restaurant just off a piazza in a beautiful village. The service was extraordinary; we felt like we had a private chef. The staff handled our lack of proficient Italian superbly as we were an English speaking American family visiting the area. The food was incredible with unique touches to each dish. You could tell that a lot of effort went into providing fresh ingredients that were blended by a talented chef. This was one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had.

Worth the detour from the highway. Welcoming and punctual service, in a city location that offers both a pleasant interior and a garden. Simple yet skillfully interpreted dishes, on a carefully curated menu with select choices. Excellent wine list. More than fair prices.

I visited Opificio del Gusto in Ceprano and was truly satisfied! A welcoming and well-kept place, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The food was excellent: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and truly exquisite flavors. You can taste their passion for what they do in every course. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The service is fast and organized. A place I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and relax.

Opificio del Gusto is one of those bistros where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, but what really makes the difference is the atmosphere created by the staff: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is solid and well-executed. The dishes are carefully prepared and showcase high-quality ingredients, with a menu that manages to be tasty without being overbearing. The wine list is also very interesting. A well-thought-out selection, with a good presence of natural wines and a wide selection of both types and price ranges, capable of satisfying both the curious and the aficionados. A bistro you'll want to return to, well worth the detour off the highway.

Saturday at the end of January for lunch; warm and welcoming atmosphere, very short menu (for me this is a bonus), not too elaborate dishes that make you feel at home, very helpful service
