23/07/2024: A culinary journey through dishes with authentic flavors, which stand out from the standardization of taste now available everywhere. Tasting of excellent homemade breads, served while still warm. In the photos you can see only some of the 8 appetizers, then continue with a first course, a second course, side dish and dessert. Wine, obviously Cesanese del Piglio I recommend, but the cellar offers many others. Thanks to Pompeo and his wife, you can taste the products of the Piglio land at their best, as each dish is presented ad hoc. The menu changes every time to always amaze. Finally, I remember how essential the reservation is, made in advance, since the demand is very high, because it is truly worth it. At Pompeo you discover Ciociaria cuisine and fall in love with it.

19/08/2024: Excellent food. We went to this place with friends who already knew the restaurant. A gem immersed in a beautiful village. Nice atmosphere and Simone who served us was very friendly. Among other things, he was very helpful as I am lactose intolerant and he specially prepared an aperitif for me as well as the rest of the lunch. They also have gluten-free dishes. When I'm in the area again I will happily return. Super recommended and very very satisfied.

19/08/2024: We always come back with pleasure here to Boville Ernica. The restaurant is a historic tavern located in the heart of the historic center with exposed stone and wooden beams. The staff are attentive and kind and very fast and effective in service. However, compared to some time ago, we noticed that the portions have become a little smaller, moving towards gourmet cuisine which is a bit at odds with the type of restaurant, from which you would still expect more tavern-style dishes. In any case, everything was very good, including the bread which is served in 3 types: classic, with olives and with walnuts. The house wine, both white and red, is also good.

28/08/2024: Fresh fish in the Ciociaria hills. Elegant and at the same time practical service. Modern and excellent place for dinners both with friends and for a romantic dinner. Advised.

26/08/2024: Spent 2 weeks in Torrice visiting family, visited Savone quite a few times, each visit was more impressive than the last. Giorgio is a welcoming host, his staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His Chef is exceptional there’s nothing but positive energy and vibes from this restaurant I recommend anyone who is in the area to visit this amazing restaurant.

28/07/2024: Repetita juvant, as the Latin saying goes, repeating is beneficial, we "repeated" ourselves, taking advantage of the splendid location of Ditirambo, and in its culinary journey. The kindness of the service and the owner complete the experience. Appetizer with a trio of tastings, cod with peach, a sublimation of flavors with the contrast of the sweet peach with the soft taste of cod, potato and mushroom flan, another demonstration that divine forces exist, and aubergine meatball which, although "obvious", also receives the applause of the guests. First we had fettuccine with buffalo ragù in white which, if divine forces exist, even woodland elves and fairies have bothered with this dish, the helices with vegetables and bigoli, cod and pepper Crusco, I won't even tell you about the latter , go and try them. The wine list is excellent. Dessert, chocolate and mint ceescake madeleine with buffalo ricotta, Amalfi cake. In conclusion we spent a pleasant and tasteful evening. Go there.

29/07/2024: In the historic center of Veroli, this little restaurant gem is undoubtedly worth a stop. Beautiful and well-kept furnishings and spaces; the service is fast, polite, pleasant, friendly and also very knowledgeable in suggesting wines and pairings. The menu has a wide choice of both land and sea dishes. Chosen by my family: cold cuts and cheese platter with accompanying fried gnocchi; tagliolini with cheese and pepper with lime and red prawns, spaghettoni with clams and duck with orange sauce and roasted endive. I highly recommend leaving a place for dessert, there is a wide choice, such as millefeuille with chantilly and berries. Excellent quality/price ratio. It will be a real pleasure to return, perhaps for lunch to also enjoy the beautiful terrace.

27/08/2024: In the heart of the town with one of the towers incorporated into the gardens. Fantastic panoramic view. Excellent dishes in terms of quality, taste and presentation. The unique location is part of what used to be the nursery.

30/07/2024: Great place to break the long journey to Sicily. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet place and friendly staff. Too bad we didn't have dinner at their restaurant because it was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will definitely be back.
