19/10/2025: A Sunday to forget!! A terrible experience for my wife and I. When we arrived at the restaurant, we immediately began eating the appetizer, which was paltry compared to the usual fare. Once we finished the appetizer, the endless wait for the first courses began. After more than an hour of waiting, we asked the staff for information, but received no concrete answers. The most absurd situation occurred when tables who arrived after us even arrived for dessert. Instead, we were still waiting for our first courses. The nightmare ended when we decided to leave. We paid for the two paltry appetizers (30 euros) and left.

26/12/2025: A well-deserved 5 stars. We came for lunch on Santo Stefano, a fixed menu for €35 (appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, and dessert) including drinks and coffee. The truffle fettuccine and lamb were truly excellent, and we also enjoyed the lasagna and tagliata. The owners were truly kind and friendly, and the location was lovely, clean, and well-kept. Highly recommended if you want authentic food in a beautiful location and a reasonable price.

03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

10/11/2025: My family and I came to celebrate my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary. I must say we ate really well. The lunch was beautifully organized, the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was delicious. What I really liked was that the waiter came to explain every single course on the menu in detail. What can I say? This restaurant is located in a very beautiful village, and has a truly beautiful view from the outside, a belvedere. I recommend it.

18/01/2026: This is our second time at this restaurant, and both times everything was impeccable, starting with the hospitality and warmth of the staff. The appetizers and first courses were sensational, with high-quality, fresh ingredients, including the second courses! Vegan and vegetarian options are also available: sophisticated and unique dishes, rich in aromas and colors...in short, not your average grilled vegetables! It was truly enjoyable. The last detail, if not the most important, is that Simone will always welcome you with a smile and kindness. We'll be back very soon.

01/01/2026: I chose this little place to celebrate New Year's Day. It really makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. The pork shank and fried pizza with wild boar mortadella and truffles are excellent! Well done!

04/01/2026: We stayed in a beautiful property, with a warm and comfortable room and a quiet location. The set dinner menu was excellent value. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't like a true farmhouse.

01/01/2026: We returned to this farmhouse to celebrate New Year's Eve 2026, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Family-run and producing their own produce. For the holidays, they offer a generous and delicious set menu for €30. We start with a glass of prosecco, followed by various appetizers (various cured meats, cheeses, offal, lentils, eggplant in oil, and mutton stew). First courses: Paccheri with potatoes, sausage, saffron, and provola flakes. Classic lasagna. For the second course, a mixed grill: lamb, sausage, pork steak, and a side salad. To accompany the meal, a drinkable house white wine. Sundries and limoncello. Final bill: €68 for additional takeaway desserts (tiramisu and ricotta-filled cannoli). You can also purchase other products at their "shop." Logistically convenient to reach, 5 km from the Ceprano motorway exit (A1). The service, despite it being a holiday, was fast and professional. Well done, keep up the good work, and best wishes to you all.

01/12/2025: My recent visit was truly pleasant and satisfying. The pizza I ordered was perfectly cooked, tender, and delicious. The fig pizza in particular was a true delight. Despite the place being crowded, the manager was very kind in finding me a table. The service was efficient and attentive, ensuring prompt and thorough assistance.

30/11/2025: A welcoming place, but a bit too industrial in my opinion. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming. The quality of the ingredients used is excellent, and the variety of beers only enhances the flavor. A very successful family pizza night; we'll definitely be back.

26/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in the historic center, with an attractive and well-maintained location. At lunchtime, the service was slow/distracted, despite only three tables occupied. The menu isn't very varied, but it's acceptable; freshly cooked dishes are preferable. The wine list is good, with reasonable prices. Overall, recommended, with a passing grade, but the hospitality could be improved.
