24/08/2025: Tiny portions and high prices. I pointed this out to the owner, and he gave a surly and nonsensical response. They sell pasta with clams for €15, but they're actually lupini beans. 50 grams of pasta in total. It was better in previous years. It's clear that something or someone has changed!

19/08/2025: The quality isn't bad. Nothing exceptional, but not too bad either. The gnocchi with scampi cream was a little below average. The calamarata with ragù (named after the type of pasta, nothing to do with calamari) was good, especially considering the homemade pasta. The fried calamari was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

16/08/2025: We had dinner at the new location this evening. We had the fish menu, lots of appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses. Everything was super fresh and excellent! A super welcoming place and highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and attentive! Fantastic! It was a pleasant evening.

08/07/2025: Seconda volta che passo da Massimo, e c’è un motivo! Il palato gode! È una bella, accogliente e calda trattoria romana che aggiunge anche la pinsa ai piatti della tradizione oltre a quelli classici della cucina italiana. Ho provato il pollo con i peperoni e successivamente gli scottadito accompagnato da focaccia calda. Un piacere per il palato. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, buone! Non ho ancora provato la pasta ma non mancherò: quei bei piatti fanno voglia! Lo consiglio. Una garanzia. Servizio cordiale e attento. Prezzo onesto per la qualità offerta. Location molto molto bella! Provatelo!

09/05/2025: Good food but terrible service, they brought us an already open bottle of wine at the table, on the bill food not ordered at an exaggerated price (a focaccia for €85) they corrected the bill after pointing out the error and didn't even apologize. Rejected

05/09/2025: The best in Santa Severa, hands down. Excellent appetizers, first courses, and seafood-based main courses. The spaghetti with clams and pistachios is unbeatable—a pure delight. The mussels, fresh fish, raw/hot appetizers, and the crisp, sparkling house white wine are all delicious. The service is always attentive, friendly, and fast. It even holds its own against the best in Civitavecchia. It's no coincidence that it's almost always packed. I recommend booking.

The classic cappuccino and coffee are also excellent, including the ginseng version. The staff is always kind and friendly. A welcoming location with tables both outside and in a very well-appointed indoor dining room. A guarantee!

02/08/2025: We've been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, and we finally did: it was a wonderful gastronomic experience. It was a journey into the land of flavor and excellent service. We had the spaghetti with clams and tuna for our main course, and it was magical. The portions are generous, everything is delicious, and it makes you want to return, which we definitely will. Thanks to the chef and all the restaurant staff.
