Honestly, I enjoyed this! Came shortly before the kitchen was closing and knew that my chances to get some food were slim. But I was lucky. Tasted the sage and loved it. The fresh pasta with seafood was awesome (and very generous). Good wine and good vibe with waiter and chef.

This place was a great discovery!
We had lunch today with our two-year old daughter.

If you’re craving authentic cuisine, this is the place for you! My first sage ( Salvia) ever, and the pasta was outstanding, just like the service 🙂 It was especially nice to meet the chef.

Excellent seafood trattoria, discovered by chance before the theater.
Fast and professional service, quality food.
Excellent pairings that highlight the quality of the food.
The artichokes alla Giudia with creamed cod are sublime.
The pasta with fresh prawns, artichokes, and almonds is also good.

If you want to escape the city while staying in Parioli, Trattoria Fauro is the ideal place. The setting is meticulously maintained and bright: thanks to the refined atmosphere, it truly feels like you're by the sea.
The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine: the fish is incredibly fresh, prepared with authentic flavors but with a touch of elegance that makes all the difference. Each dish is a discovery of quality and tradition.
Topping it all off, impeccable service: attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely kind staff. (Excellent value for money). An excellent experience from every perspective. Highly recommended!
