Posto genuino e non la solita trappola per turisti. Cucina romana tipica eccellente, personale efficiente e socievole. Per un pasto romano doc con rogatoni alla carbonara, coda alla vaccinara puntinelle in salsa di alici ed acqua (tutto buonissimo) €37. Porzioni generose e qualità eccellente. Uno...

Pedimos 3 platos de pasta y la verdad que estaba increíble. Los spaguettis con guanciale y alcachofa brutales, con la pasta hecha a mano (se ve y se degusta claramente). Buen sitio si tu hotel está en la zona.

Trattoria Cotto e Magnato

05/04/2024: Cuisine of typical Roman dishes. Excellent fried artichokes, excellent Gricia, good roulade with meat sauce. In any case everything is of a good standard. Compliments to the room service, simple but effective. Definitely to return. Well done
