Fantastic food, authentic Roman cuisine. Excellent value for money. Plus, very friendly and helpful waiters. If you want to eat authentic Roman food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.

A quiet and pleasant place to eat

The lamb was recommended and excellent. Last dinner in Rome, good experience overall.

Everything we ate here was amazing, the atmosphere was so good the staff were lovely and I had maybe the best amatriciana I have ever eaten. Their cacio e pepe was great not to mention the carciofi alla romana and carciofi giudia.

We ate very well; we've been there twice, and both the restaurant and the pizza are worth it. The place is full of photos of the owner with famous people.

After a long, tiring day in Pisa, we returned to Rome, ready to eat! I had made reservations at Tempio di Minerva ahead of time. We were welcomed with a huge smile and good attitude, seated and immediately attended to. The restaurant is very authentic Roman tavern style, the tables overflow with food, drink and laughter. It was loud and vibrant, joyful ambience. People had come to eat and have a good time! We ordered the Grilled Seafood Platter - huge portion of freshly cooked fish, jumbo shrimp, octopus and calamari - delicious feast! We accompanied it with a classic Spaghetti al Pomodoro, which was spectacular - pasta cooked al dente, sauce rich and savory! For a starter we got Artichoke a la Romana - scrumptious! Absolutely recommended!

Authentic cuisine. I don't know who awarded it the Oscar for carbonara, but it deserves it. The other first courses are also exceptional. The welcome and hospitality were perfect. The artichokes were perfect. Excellent quality. The place is very nice. I recommend it.

Delicious Roman pizza, thin and crispy. Try the cacio e pepe. 🙂
