09/08/2025: This is my go to place for American breakfast! Food is great and the staff is nice. The owner Jesse is a great guy. I've been coming here for the last 4 years. I always recommend it to friends! My favourite is "The american breakfast" with french toast.

06/07/2025: Dinner with friends. Comfortable and quiet environment with beautiful decorative ceramics, friendly and discreet service, good and well-prepared food. It is one of the few places where I feel at home even though I have only been there twice, but for me the first impression is always important, certainly I always hope it will be confirmed by the facts and, in this case, Lumie di Sicilia did not disappoint me.

05/08/2025: The amatriciana was very good, but the carbonara wasn't my favorite in Rome. They serve it according to the availability of food, so there was no artichoke. The service was friendly and informal, and the prices were a bit high compared to other similar places I've been to in Rome.

31/07/2025: I ate a superb pizza, which alone deserves a review: pizza with tuna and caramelized onion, INSANE. I was worried it would be too strong and smelly, but I listened to my instincts and was right, I will remember it for a long time... I also ate a delicious lemon tiramisu!

23/07/2025: A simple place, the outdoor seating is wonderful. I highly recommend the fried food and the truly special pizza.

27/07/2025: Regular customer for years, unfortunately the place has gotten worse over the years with continuous changes of staff evidently inexperienced and incapable, slow service, quality of products good but not excellent, I believe that the quality of Abruzzo meat is very far gone, went this evening, I will never return

02/08/2025: Absolutely loved my experience at Il Carroccio! The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and charming perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great dining experience in the city.

17/07/2025: A beautiful place, a private pergola, richly decorated with olive trees, plants, fairy lights, and charming tables, located in the center of the village of Montelanico. The food is good, and lots of it, the service is very quick and friendly, everything is tasty and plentiful... and in this hot season, you can breathe in the fresh air here!!!! The menu, with a wide selection of local appetizers, meat and seafood first courses, and grilled meats with seasonal side dishes, satisfies all tastes and budgets... I was truly surprised and satisfied.

12/08/2025: I'm half Sicilian, and I've been coming here for years to buy the legendary Sicilian food. Despite being right in the center of town, right next to the university, the prices are moderately reasonable, especially since a typical Sicilian arancino with meat sauce costs €3.50, but it's definitely a complete meal, no need to add anything else! Not to mention the rest of the deli, from pizzas to panelle sandwiches... Exceptional in my opinion!

08/08/2025: The arancini rice was completely overcooked, the staff was ignorant and didn't say hello, and there was no receipt. Highly overrated, avoid.

01/08/2025: We went there for lunch and I ordered a pizza, but unfortunately it tasted nothing like it. The one I had in Germany was better! Maybe that's not always the case, but I can only share my experience. The service is good anyway!

11/05/2025: Posto semplice e delizioso immerso nel verde, con qualche gioco per i bimbi che possono divertirsi stando all’aperto. Toilette immacolata, carta del menu’ limitata a ciò che è disponibile, abbiamo provato mix di bruschette molto buone, tonnarelli con guanciale e carciofi, caserecce con le fave (un pochino indietro di sale). Le polpette erano perfette e anche il semifreddo delizioso. In sei con due buone bottiglie di vino, 3 mix di bruschette, 2 antipasti, 5 primi, 3 secondi, 2 frutta, 2 dolci, acqua, 1 passito, 6 caffè abbiamo speso 45€ a persona. Servizio perfetto. Da ritornarci!

29/06/2025: I would have given infinite stars....a highly recommended place...I ate a spectacularly flavored croissant and a very well made cappuccino....the special feature....open laboratories complete with everything that you remain enchanted to see the progress of the preparations....truly compliments...I recommend it but I will definitely return.

The service and the atmosphere were pleasant enough. It's a reliable choice if you're in the mood for a classic meat-focused meal.
