Welcoming pinsa restaurant. The pinsa is very good. The prices on some pinsas are average given the quality of the ingredients, but I would revise the prices on some pizzas.

An old village trattoria, renovated and modernized. We ate pinsa with various flavors and appreciated its unique toppings and excellent cooking. The only downside, a very downside, was the loud noise in the dining room. An unbearable nuisance that forced us to quickly leave. For this reason, we won't be returning. What a shame.

I've frequented this place a lot in recent years because it makes exceptional pinsas with a myriad of seasonal flavors. I especially love the tuna tartare with tuna sauce and thinly sliced ​​porchetta (out of this world), and the ham and fig or chestnut and Colonnata lard options are excellent, but seasonal. In short, there's a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, the place is very noisy, and it takes weeks to book. The staff is very friendly, and the price is fair.

Delicious pizza, frozen fried foods... except for the homemade supplì... good... but the waiters are not very nice... the older ladies, I think, the owners, are rude, ill-mannered... know-it-all kindness...

23/05/2026: The staff was very attentive and helpful. The dishes were excellent—a pleasant surprise. I chose from the à la carte menu and had the artichoke as starter, grilled quail, and tempura red mullet; they were all superb. I would definitely go back.
19/05/2026: A very interesting experience, good value for money. A place that dares, and given what it aims to offer and what it's aiming for, I think they're on the right track.

29/04/2026: I've been a customer for many years; Bon Pan is my go-to place when I'm craving something good. Excellent pizza: fragrant and well-seasoned, while the dough remains light and easy to digest. The other baked goods are also excellent, always fresh. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the choice of ingredients to the welcoming atmosphere. Simone is always friendly and available to meet customer needs, as is his staff. Try it and believe it.
