10/05/2025: Tasting menu with ingredients all over interesting places in italy. Very good food but not mindblowing. Good enough to order addtional ala carte after a 10 course tasting menu. Great wine service as they do wine by glass from the bottles of your choice. Service is also top notch. With a spectacular view of the city. All in all a wonderful experience worthy of 3 stars

08/05/2025: Ok so this is a very “safe” menu. We had the 10 course (in reality there’s more than 10 dishes more like 14 and one of the dessert dishes is a tower of 12 different candies) Everything tastes good and there is no experimental dishes, don’t expect something like the Alchemist in Denmark. The service is absolutely remarkable, a lot of attention to detail. This place really shines when it comes to service the food is very good but there isn’t anything new for someone that frequents these types of establishments often. Every bit of criticism is taken very seriously and very well. At one point Heinz Beck came out of the kitchen and approached us to ask if everything was good and if there was anything wrong, the restaurant is very receptive to criticism and they do their very best to make sure you have a perfect experience. If you want a well done Italian menu without too much experimentation and world class service this place is for you.

02/05/2025: Everything is top notch, but what really makes the difference is the less formal environment compared to the norm in restaurants awarded or reported on the Red. The participation of various generations in the functioning of the structure, helps to raise its level even more, by virtue of the passion that can be seen in every gesture of each professional involved .... chef Sandro then, often in the dining room with the delighted diners, is that extra cuddle that you didn't think you wanted and that instead makes the experience even more joyful, thanks to the words with which he explains the philosophy of his family and the meaning of each dish and each ingredient .... in the end your desire is simply one: to return soon to visit them .... The return to the second star would not only be deserved, but more than due, given the scale of evaluations at the basis of the release .... think carefully you who must, on what we would all really like to find in Rossa from now on, given the crisis of vocations and the costs bearable only thanks to wealthy sponsors and certainly not because of the sustainability of the business and/or the quality of the same: today the future of haute cuisine is decided, think about it ....

27/04/2025: I've been there twice for both dinner and lunch and the satisfaction has always been superlative. I've tried both the land and freshwater fish menus. It is the most popular international restaurant for this menu and tasting the dishes you understand why. I won't say anything else about the dishes because the story that the staff or owners tell about them is also a satisfaction. The location is truly suggestive due to the adjacent Santa Susanna springs and the perfectly maintained garden. I preferred to dine leaving the wine pairing up to them and I was impressed by the balance between the wines offered and the dishes served, however the excellent cellar satisfies even the most experts. A dish that I will always remember is the artichoke with egg!
