08/03/2026: We celebrated my husband's birthday at this fantastic Michelin-starred restaurant. We chose the seven-course menu and wine à la carte. What can I say! Each dish was meticulously prepared and explained at the table, followed by a captivating mix of aromas, flavors, and colors. The staff were friendly, and the brilliant Heinz Beck was a regular guest, and we took a lovely souvenir photo with him.
03/03/2026: I visited La Pergola in Rome with very high expectations—and I can say they were fully met.
From the moment you arrive, you sense that this isn't just a dinner, but an experience. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy, refined yet welcoming. The view of the city, especially at sunset, is worth the visit alone: Rome unfolds before your eyes like a golden painting.
The service is impeccable, yet never cold. I felt truly cared for, with detailed explanations of each dish and an almost sartorial attention to the pacing of the courses. Every gesture of the staff was measured, natural, harmonious.
The cuisine is pure art. Each dish was a surprising balance of technique and emotion. Clear flavors, extraordinary ingredients, bold yet always coherent pairings. Some preparations truly amazed me with their creativity, but without ever losing their connection to Italian tradition. The desserts, in particular, were memorable: elegant, never cloying, with perfect contrasts of textures and temperatures.
The wine list is monumental, almost intimidating, but the sommelier guided me with expertise and sensitivity, finding pairings that further elevated the experience.
It's not a "simple" dinner, neither in terms of approach nor price. It's a restaurant to be experienced on a special occasion, with the desire to be surprised and pampered. I left feeling like I'd experienced something rare: not just an excellent meal, but a gastronomic tale crafted with intelligence, passion, and vision.
Would I return? Yes. Not often—because it's a significant experience—but certainly to celebrate something worth remembering.

16/03/2026: Delicious food, excellent service. We had a wonderful evening here. Delicious meat, appetizers, a good wine list. The waiters were very attentive. I decided to share my opinion about one dessert item, and the waiter immediately said he would remove it from the bill. I immediately said I would pay for it; I was just expressing my opinion for the future. The item was removed from the final bill. A very nice gesture, high quality. I highly recommend visiting.
21/02/2026: Absolutely amazing experience dining here. Leandry was excellent, he was knowledgeable on the food and wine. This was by far the best service I have ever received. I would highly recommend the Amatriciana dish. Complimentary bread, dessert liqueur, and a glass of prosecco as well. Thank you Leandry!

03/01/2026: A cute place with a welcoming atmosphere and dishes with interesting flavors. The Filipino-Italian menu is original, and some dishes are really well-balanced. The service is friendly and helpful, and most of the dishes were tasty. I think there are still some details that could be improved to make the experience perfect, but overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something different.

A little place just the way we like them: not a tourist trap, simple and authentic. It was exactly what we were looking for.
The owner is absolutely lovely and very attentive. You can immediately see his passion for what he does. He takes the time with each customer and prepares each focaccia with great care and attention.
They even have menus in several languages, including French, which is a real plus. My partner asked him which focaccia was the best, and he made him a surprise… and it was delicious!
Everything is fresh and homemade. Even the tortilla used in some of the recipes is made by his wife. The focaccia is excellent, and the tiramisu was also very good.
The prices are quite reasonable. We didn't stay long, but if our stay had been longer, we would definitely have returned without hesitation. A place that truly deserves to be known!

Everything was just perfect, was greeted with one the owners and the host who was extremely helpful to suggest the fried artichoke starter and seafood pasta . The desert and wine were both exceptional as well. I definitely will go there on my next visit .

The restaurant is extremely charming and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the excellent, traditional cuisine of the Viterbo-Tuscia region, with authentic dishes that faithfully respect local traditions.
Special praise goes to the owner, who is also the chef: a delightful person, very attentive to quality and customer service. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.
The value for money? Simply EXCELLENT. A must-visit that I highly recommend to everyone!

A welcoming atmosphere in a small village off the beaten path.
