Tre etoiles Michelin aggiudicate e merirate.Locale elegante senza fronzoli, service impeccabile e lista dei vini super.Lo staff ed il sommelier sono professionalmente perfetti.Il conto adeguato.
Absolutely perfect. Chef Beck is as creative as he was 15 years ago with a lot of new creations matching the signature dishes (Fagotellis are worth the trip !). Superb wine list and perfect service. The view on Rome is incredible . A real evening in Paradise. Just avoid to stay overnight at the Cavalieri. The old hotel has not any longer the level of service you would expect from a so called luxury place.
Best restaurant in Rome! deserving of three-star Michelin star. The food was beyond delicious, fun and creative. It was a great balance between the taste of fresh ingredients as well as the richness of the food. Staff was attentive and friendly. The ambience was romantic and luxurious. Gorgeous view of the eternal city as you drink and dine at the Finest restaurant in all of Rome!
Yes definitely a 3 star Michelin restaurant with a 3 star price. I wouldn’t say the food was worth the money for the 10 course menu of 320 euro a person. But the experience, the delicacy of the well presented plate, the 5 star staff, the 9th floor view, the experience was worth it to be pampered once in a while, it was definitely a treat as our second daughter was delighted with awww. It was worth it! Btw- the head chef came out to greet each table- that was a bonus. We had some virgin mojitos and virgin strawberry fruit drinks- it was refreshing and very enjoyable to my palate. Oh yes, the extensive water menu- from $12/bottle to $1200/bottle, quite an experience.
