05/10/2025: Tourist trap. The menu is gigantic, ranging from the Aosta Valley to Sicily. The prices are truly exorbitant, considering the quality of the dishes... frankly, none of them are inedible. The location is nice, except for the risk of banging your head on the beam. Excellent service: very friendly and helpful staff. I won't be back again ☺️

09/10/2025: Everything was fine, except for the aperitif area, which is very limited when the weather isn't great. Unfortunately, despite being the first few days of October, we encountered a cloudy and cold day. The rest of the restaurant was lovely, the waitresses and chef were fabulous. Excellent food! 👍

29/07/2025: A typical, well-run trattoria in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, with a beautiful view. Child-friendly. Several local specialties on the menu.

05/08/2025: The 35-degree heat made me consider an alternative to the trattoria. A Google search led me to this ice cream shop with five ice cream cups! With friendly, courteous service in a comfortable setting, a great gelato pairing! Oh, and a great summer lunch. Must try!

07/09/2025: We went there for dinner. The place is very nice, with plenty of space inside and out, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. The welcome was very cold and there was little attention to the customer. The most disappointing part, however, was the bill. In addition to adding the extra cost for dessert, they also charged us for an extra bottle of wine that we didn't order. It's a shame I only noticed this when I got home. I don't think it was just an oversight.

02/10/2025: On the outside wall, a plaque identifies the current restaurant as the birthplace of Antonio Ascari, an Alfa Romeo driver from the 1920s and father of the more famous Alberto Ascari, a Ferrari driver and world champion from the 1950s. It should be a typical restaurant, but in reality, except for a few dishes, it offers a rather banal menu. The tagliatelle with duck ragù is good, but the bigoli with sardines is less so. The fried "pessin e saltai" (fish and chips) is awful; the pizza is adequate. Prices are reasonable. On average, it would be two and a half stars... I was being generous.
