28/02/2025: We stopped for a business lunch, very nice restaurant with very friendly staff! Very refined cuisine, I tasted the Vicenza-style cod and apart from it being slightly salty it was very tasty and soft. I will gladly come back!

27/02/2025: THIS PLACE DESERVES TO CLOSE!!!! Stopped by for lunch in early February, as I knew they made Mantuan cuisine (risotto)... After waiting about 10 minutes the lady (surly and very rude) who serves the tables deigns to speak to me and I ask her if it is possible to have lunch. I receive no response to my reply..., after a further 10 minutes, seeing a free table in the center of the room I ask the lady again if it is possible to sit down and the blunt answer was: AND WHERE DO I PUT THE STUFF!!! The diners in the restaurant turn and smile (probably knowing the lady), at which point I leave the place. Contacted by phone yesterday 02/26/25 to book for 02/28/25 and the gentleman tells me it's full because "gnoccolar Friday" I fall back on 02/27/25, always for lunch, and the gentleman tells me he has availability.... he also asks me how many of you are? My answer is "I'm alone".... Answer WE DON'T HAVE TABLES FOR ONE!!!! I'll leave it up to you to judge whether this is the way to work...

26/02/2025: Passato per un pranzo ai primi di febbraio, in quanto sapevo che facevano cucina mantovana (risotto)... Dopo aver atteso circa 10 minuti la signora (scorbutica e molto maleducata) che servi ai tavoli si degna di rivolgermi la parola e le chiedo se è possibile pranzare a tale mia risposta non ricevo risposta..., trascorsi ulteriori 10 minuti, vedendo un tavolo in centro stanza libero chiedo nuovamente alla signora se possibile sedermi e la risposta secca è stata: E IO DOVE METTO LA ROBA!!! I commensali della trattoria si voltano e accennano ad un sorriso (probabilmente conoscendo la signora), a quel punto lascio il locale. Contattato telefonicamente ieri 26/02/25 per prenotare il 28/02/25 e il signore mi dice che è pieno perché "venerdì gnoccolar" ripiego sul 27/02/25, sempre a pranzo, e il signore mi dice d'aver disponibilità.... mi chiede inoltre quanti siete? La mia risposta è "sono da solo".... Risposta NON ABBIAMO TAVOLI PER UNO!!!! Lascio a voi giudicare se questo è il modo di lavorare...

22/02/2025: E'sicuramente un luogo tranquillo immerso nella campagna e con i suoi due laghetti per pescare,e campo per il calcetto(anche se la titolare dal braccino corto,ti spegne la caldaia e ti tocca fare la doccia fredda), purtroppo ce' molto disordine all'esterno,ma sopratutto in cucina e la pulizia lascia a desiderare,cose mai viste.Il menu' e' mediocre e alle volte caro,peccato che non sanno sfruttare il luogo,avrebbe maggiore possibilita'con dei gestori diversi e piu' qualificati,che sanno esaltare la vera gastronomia locale e non vantarsi di avere anni di esperienza,perche' bisogna sempre vedere in che modo si sono fatti!

19/01/2025: Se uno vuol mangiare bene e casalingo questo è il posto! Ottimi gli antipasti, i bigoli con le sardele e lo stracotto con la polenta.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale e subito a nostro agio abbiamo preso due antipasti , tre primi un buon vino e due dolci: tutto assolutamente fatto in casa e di gran gusto! Personale disponibile e sorridente: non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

11/04/2025: Pleasant working lunch break with fixed menu. Young, friendly staff and fast service. Food in line with the price considering and good choice between 3 first courses, three second courses and 2 side dishes. Water and coffee included in the price. The possibility of eating outside on the veranda was much appreciated.

27/01/2025: My husband and I often return to this place, but we have also had the opportunity to bring friends. It's always a guarantee: very large, good and rich pizza. The fried fish was very good and the portions adequate. We haven't had the chance to try the meat and risotto yet. The meringue: SUPER!!! The staff were attentive, friendly and good-natured. We always feel at ease and are happy to return. Highly recommended.

19/01/2025: We have been to this place many times and have almost always enjoyed the dishes. However, cleanliness is not their strong point, because the paper placemats that they often overturn hide the many stains that are under the white tablecloth. Never seen in other restaurants! So be careful!

26/03/2025: It is the typical trattoria of the tradition of the past, the dining room 🍽️ is very spacious, excellent food, we recommend: risotto 🍚 with asparagus, lasagna with asparagus, tagliata, roast beef, fried eggs and/or hard boiled eggs with local asparagus, veal with tuna sauce. Friendly staff. 👍💪
