Top pizza, even under the new management. The dough is truly perfect. We particularly liked the tartare pizza, while the one with raw shrimp was a bit too sweet overall; just a little pepper would have been enough to balance the flavor (…?). The dessert was also very good.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Verona, with good, fresh, and carefully selected ingredients, research and attention to detail. It's not your average pizzeria, in short. The staff is really kind but a little absent-minded, but anyone can have a bad night. I'll be back as soon as possible to try the rest of the menu.

It was our first time at 30-11, after some friends recommended it as one of the best pizzerias in Verona. What can I say... they were absolutely right! The place is modern, welcoming, and meticulously crafted. The atmosphere, accompanied by pleasant background music of lounge and tropical house, made what was one of the best pizza experiences we've ever had even more special. To give you an idea of ​​how much we enjoyed it, the two of us ate three pizzas! Luca welcomed us and guided us throughout the evening. With great professionalism and passion, he explained the philosophy of the place and the care with which they select their ingredients. Each pizza is the result of meticulous research and a quality that is evident from the first to the last bite: true culinary masterpieces. We ate divinely. Five stars only because it's impossible to give more! Thank you again, Luca, for the hospitality and passion you have shared with us. We will definitely be back.

Discovered completely by chance thanks to a voucher, especially since we live a 45-minute drive away. Gorgeous place, meticulously maintained and very clean. Great atmosphere, the staff were all incredibly friendly, but a special mention goes to the waitress, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic food, the prices are certainly high, but I think the ingredients are exceptional and worth the price! I usually never review anything, but here they really deserve it ❤️

Very good pizza, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, but high prices. The only downside: despite the place being practically empty, the bathroom was in terrible condition, impossible to use. A place that charges more than €30 for some pizzas can't leave its restrooms this dirty!
