27/04/2026: Since it became mandatory to get a receipt before consuming at the bar, the wait has become truly intolerable, especially at breakfast. Having a permanent person at the cash register is a sign of respect for us old (and new) customers. You can't have breakfast in 5 minutes and then wait 20 to get a receipt. Luckily, there are top girls who work miracles, but the management also needs to take action quickly. If the situation persists, I'll be moving to another bar!

27/04/2026: Good evening, I'm sorry to have to give a negative review to the Conad Bar in Sarre because the clerks are kind and helpful, but having breakfast at the bar in the morning has become awful!!!! You can't wait in line for 15/20 minutes because you have to get the receipt first!!! The clerks are overworked, but there aren't enough of them to fit one at the cash register and one at the coffee machine... Perhaps before making any changes overnight, it would be a good idea to consider increasing the staff!!! If this situation persists, I'll be forced to change bars.

31/01/2026: A great find! Il Postiglione is the ideal place for those seeking authentic cuisine and perfectly cooked pizza. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the menu offers a wide variety to please everyone. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is extremely friendly and fast. A place you'll always want to return to for dinner with friends!

26/04/2026: We returned after a few years of not being there, always a great place. As for a cheap restaurant, I've never been. But now it's reached absurd levels. Aside from the non-existent choice of dishes, just 5 dishes (and they even gave it a star 😆) and of the 5 dishes on the menu, one was even missing... the food was decent but not particularly good. However, the entry-level option requires you to choose a minimum of 2 dishes for €100. I also regret the markups on wines, which are a huge incentive to become teetotalers. At the end of the meal, the idea of ​​a limoncello even crossed my mind for a moment, but at €15 I preferred to preserve my liver health... It's also hard to understand how a plate of pasta for the child and a vanilla ice cream still raised the bill by around €80. Bottom line: I felt very cheated.

13/04/2026: A top experience! The restaurant is very welcoming and simple, yet striking with its wood finishes. The service and cuisine are top-notch; I really appreciated the availability of a fully vegetarian five-course menu.

17/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at Le Sapin Rouge. Coming down from Cervinia, I stopped simply to ask for a toasted sandwich, but was told they could only make me a sandwich. Shortly afterward, however, I was told they didn't even have bread. Honestly, it seemed absurd: walking into a bar and finding out they can't even make a toasted sandwich or a sandwich is a bit like stopping for a coffee and being told they don't have coffee. A truly unprofessional incident, which leaves a bad impression on a place that, being in a tourist area, should at least guarantee the availability of basic products. I can't honestly judge the kitchen service, as I didn't even receive basic service.

05/09/2025: Finally, after a few years, in memory of memorable barbecues, we returned to Tamara and Pasquale. A magnificent confirmation. The best grilled fish, meat, and vegetables in the Aosta Valley are here. All accompanied by undisputed friendliness. Well done. Keep up the good work!

10/05/2025: Fabulous welcome in a really nice setting. Everything from the welcome to the food and wine were first class. We had the Alpine menu 4 courses for €40 it was delicious and fantastic value for the quality of food. They have a huge wine selection and you can choose from reasonable prices or treat yourselves. The service was impeccable and made for a great night for my wife’s birthday.

05/04/2026: Absolutely amazing cozy family place. With quick service and joyful experience! Lie. The Italian style…you ask for a glass of wine - they bring you a 0,5 L carafe 😂😂😂 Definitely be back and highly recommend!!

03/04/2026: If you're in the area, you absolutely must visit this restaurant. Delicious food, homemade Italian specialties that linger for a long time. Delicious pizza in various versions, as well as other delicacies. Delicious cuisine is very important, but also a wonderful, homey atmosphere is crucial here. The service is fantastic and friendly, like being at home. The interior is beautiful, and the oven bakes delicious pizza. A great place! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

04/01/2026: Elegant. Very professional and thorough reception staff. Excellent restaurant service with truly knowledgeable staff, both for breakfast in the morning and for dinner in the evening. Compliments to the chef. The pool is used a lot by the grandchildren.

26/04/2026: In September 2025, we didn't use the facility, but we appreciated the sheer kindness: we were thirsty from the hike, and without asking for anything in return, even when the place was closed, they offered us cold, refreshing water. Thanks guys!!!

29/09/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at the Valnontey restaurant in Cogne, and we can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience. 🍽️ The menu features traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley, carefully prepared. In addition to a delicious appetizer of tomini, cured meats, and local cheeses, we sampled the creamy and enveloping fondue, the rustic and flavorful soça, and the famous Cogne crema con le tegole, a traditional dessert that ended the dinner on a perfect note. 🍷 The selection of Aosta Valley wines is extensive and well-cured. The Gamay we chose was a pleasant discovery: it paired perfectly with the dishes. 🎯 Attentive, courteous, and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. Our only small flaw: the room was a little cold.

18/05/2026: The service is very good; they allow dogs on the terrace and gave him unlimited water. The servers are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is nice, and the prices are reasonable. The pizzas are average: for Italian pizzas, I find them more appetizing than delicious. But the dough was excellent!

10/03/2026: We had a wonderful weekend as a couple at Le Massif. The hotel is beautiful and the welcome was truly warm. We loved the modern yet cozy atmosphere, and a special mention goes to the spa, which, while small, is perfect after a day in the cold. Breakfast and dinner are excellent; the team at Le Massif has made this establishment a benchmark in the region. It's the perfect place, we highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: We stayed two nights. The hotel has a beautiful and refined design, elegant and in perfect contemporary mountain style. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our Junior Suite was very nice and clean, although not particularly large. There were some small details that could be improved, such as the slightly broken bathroom outlet, the damaged hair dryer nozzle, and the lack of a capsule coffee machine, which I would always expect in a 5-star hotel. The gym is okay, while the spa area is very nice, although we found one inconsistency: despite booking a time slot, on the first day at 6 pm it was completely full and there were no loungers available. So I wonder what the point of booking is if space isn't guaranteed. The breakfast is truly top-notch: rich, varied, and high-quality. My only complaint is that I would avoid paying for juices in a 5-star hotel. We also ordered room service, which even arrived early. The service was perfect, and the food was truly excellent, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Overall, a positive experience. A very beautiful facility with room for improvement to be truly impeccable.

24/08/2025: We went for dinner, and they welcomed us even without a reservation. I don't understand some of the negative reviews, but we had a wonderful time. Friendly service (best wishes to the soon-to-be mommy). The Tomino Moa was amazing. Polenta concia with venison, which my husband polished off. The risotto was excellent. The kids' menu was comprehensive and tasty. The panna cotta and caramel were definitely homemade. We really enjoyed it! Congratulations and best wishes <3

08/02/2026: We loved our stay at Hotel Courmayeur! The staff were incredible and so welcoming! The breakfast each morning was made even better with the amazing coffee! Also it is in such a good location! Definitely recommend staying here!
