14/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante molto bello e arredato con molto gusto.All’entrata ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto bravo e ci ha fatti accomodare in terrazza.Mentre sceglievamo le portate la proprietaria una donna molto simpatica e gentile ci ha consigliato.I piatti erano FANTASTICI!!! Finalmente ho potuto mangiare la Fonduta alla Valdostana che era sublime!! Io lo consiglio a pieni voti sia per la cucina ma anche per la gentilezza e dolcezza dello staff! Ci tornerò di sicuro ogni volta che vengo in valle! Complimenti a tutte/i !!!

07/04/2025: Dopo 5 minuti dall'ordine sono arrivati 1 spaghetto ai frutti di mare con spaghetti precotti, salsa di pomodoro abbondantissima 10 cozze ed una cicala ed 1 capasanta, 2 porzioni di carne di alce riscaldata ( 38 euro a porzione) 2 calici di vino da 11 euro, se volete essere spennati è il posto giusto, p.s.abbiamo chiesto due caffè al vetro e sono arrivati due bicchieri con in fondo qualcosa di incommentabile

09/03/2025: My visit to Chalet Etoile in Cervinia was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome set the tone for an exceptional evening. The staff was attentive, and the service was smooth and efficient. Drinks arrived promptly, followed by the antipasto – Tagliere Valdostana. The selection was excellent, with the standout being the mustard jam, which added a unique and delightful twist to the flavors. For the main course, I had ravioli with reindeer ragù, accompanied by berries. This dish was simply outstanding—one of the best meals I have ever tasted. The combination of rich, savory ragù with the subtle sweetness of the berries created a perfect balance of flavors. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food quality exceeded all my expectations. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience—I can’t wait to return!.

12/08/2025: I stayed there for one night and the service was impeccable! Everyone speaks French and English. The hotel has magnificent architecture! Clean, soundproofed rooms! Swimming pool available. I recommend it!

30/07/2025: I booked a deluxe room with a balcony because I'm a smoker. We were given a standard room without a balcony. On Booking.com, the property is listed as "2 km from the city center," but it's actually 5 km away. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying there, especially if you don't have your own transportation. The restaurant downstairs had a karaoke night until 3:00 AM, and the noise and music in the room were embarrassing. It was as if they were in our room! The property doesn't have private parking, so you have to park in free spaces, which aren't always available. The extra blankets had a strong dusty smell and some cigarette butt burns. If you're taller than 1.65 m, you'll have trouble stretching your legs out as the bed is very short, and your feet will stick out.

11/07/2025: Super cozy and affordable! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, and a terrace with a view of Aosta from above! We had pizza at the restaurant, and it was delicious! If we ever come back to Aosta, I'd definitely stay here again!

27/04/2025: Ottima sosta per chi frequenta la zona! Il Rifugio Gabiet offre un servizio veloce e cordiale, ideale per chi vuole godersi una pausa senza perdere troppo tempo. La posizione è comodissima, a due passi dagli impianti di risalita, immersa nelle piste da sci. Il cibo è buono, con piatti semplici e gustosi, e i prezzi sono davvero onesti per essere in montagna. Consigliato sia per un pranzo veloce che per una pausa più rilassata.

26/08/2025: I bought two packs of pasta and two sauces for a cool €36. Oh well... I'm ready for tourists to be ripped off. But when I have to give them away and you put them in a recycled bag with umbrellas ⛱️ and the Ligurian coast, then I'm not going to take it anymore. It's fine to rip off everything, but a little dignity...

23/08/2025: Amazing apple pie/cake - I've never had anything like it. Not too sweet, loaded with apple. I would proudly serve it at any gathering. Polite service and beautiful shop too.

02/09/2025: I remembered the canneloni with fontina cheese and pork shank, but they've changed the menu. Choice of two or three starters, two or three main courses, dessert, and a fixed-price wine list. Good food, friendly, and fast service. I'll be back.

25/06/2025: A bit of a retro atmosphere, food in general average, good cheeses and cured meats. Spacious parking, very nice outdoor area.

25/07/2025: Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia e amici per la laurea di mio figlio.. Che dire? Super! Dal cibo (mangiato benissimo e abbondante!!) al personale che è stato gentile e disponibile!!! Luogo delizioso, di casa!!! Tutto perfetto!!! Da andarci assolutamente!!!!

10/02/2025: We stopped by on Monday evening for pizza. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere comfortable, and the pizza was very good. Prices were in line with the average. Recommended.

10/09/2025: We rented four mountain bikes. One of the four had chain issues, and we were assisted with a replacement bike even though we were already on the route (accessible by van). In addition to an apology, they offered us a milkshake, a sign of attentive service. Despite the unexpected, it was a beautiful day, and the pedal-assist Treks proved to be great fun (as well as necessary for the climb up Val Veny).

15/08/2025: Relaxation and nature just steps from Mont Blanc – perfect, even with your dog! I stayed at the Shatush Hotel with my dog, Sauzer, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was fresh and welcoming, with wooden furnishings and elegant details. The bed was comfortable, the cleanliness impeccably clean, and the little touches that made us feel instantly at home. The balcony was truly spacious, with loungers perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the view, and Sauzer appreciated the space to play and sunbathe. The location is fantastic: the hotel is literally next to the Skyway ski lift to Mont Blanc. The surrounding valleys are just a few minutes away, where we took an unforgettable hike along the river, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking views. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Tommaso, who were all attentive and attentive to every need, both mine and Sauzer's. Their warm welcome and constant availability made our stay even more pleasant and peaceful. I recommend the Shatush Hotel to anyone who wants to experience Courmayeur and its surroundings with their four-legged friend: comfort, nature, and hospitality come together in a truly rejuvenating experience.
