The dishes are simple yet rich in flavor, with refined pairings and meticulous attention to detail. A balanced tasting menu from start to finish, with clean and highly recognizable flavors. Impeccable service and an intimate atmosphere make the experience even more special. An authentic Michelin-starred restaurant with a strong identity. Highly recommended.
