25/02/2025: Panino ok ma freddo. Abbiamo chiesto delle salse ma non erano previste. Le abbiamo chieste per le patatine ma non erano disponibili. Mi chiedo , sei così insicuro del tuo prodotto da dover obbligare i clienti a mangiarlo proprio come vuoi tu, senza nemmeno poter aggiungere una salsa?! Se le hai finite ,Dubito che ci torneremo.

14/03/2025: Beautiful bar, friendly and knowledgeable staff, attentive to your requests. Lots of variety of cocktails and crazy aperitifs. Nice company too! Definitely coming back!

10/03/2025: During my stay at the Grand Hotel Royal E Golf, unfortunately, I encountered several problems that I feel I must share. Although the hotel has a great location, the overall experience was not satisfactory. I found the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas below expectations. The furnishings of the room were dated and the carpet, unfortunately, did not contribute to giving a sense of welcome. Furthermore, the ski room was poorly maintained, dark and with dirty and dusty seats. The staff, unfortunately, were not particularly helpful or professional. In particular, I had an unpleasant experience during breakfast: twice in a row, I was served dishes with obvious traces of residual food, and when I reported the incident, I received no apology or gesture of displeasure. The service was also slow and the availability of the staff was not up to par for a hotel of this category. I am sorry to have to leave this review, as I expected a much higher welcome and level of service. I hope the management takes these aspects into consideration to improve the quality of the experience for future guests.

18/02/2025: I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel and had a great time. Fantastic and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming room. The central location made the stay even more comfortable Highly recommended. I'll be back soon Daniela

16/03/2025: We come across here a few times, sometimes for a casual drink, other times to watch sport. One night we had burgers which we were underwhelmed with given they were 14euro each. Needing the burger to taste fresher and for that price add fries or other. But drinks/service and complimentary small finger food negated the food.

12/03/2025: Good morning, in confirming the goodness of the hotel overall I wanted to tell you about a very "unpleasant" experience I had with Mr. Christian, owner and manager of the Tivet hotel; I would like to point out that I have been their guest for many years; I booked a week from 9 to 15 March 2025 and for health reasons I found myself unable to stay, having notified them 6 days in advance; after prior telephone and email agreements I was told that if they sold my room they would return my deposit, even though I had only asked to move the week to a period which was also at the end of the season (last week of March or first week of April) but I was asked for a new deposit; close to departure I asked for confirmation of the sale of the room and I was told that it had not been sold even though their website said all double rooms like the one I booked were sold; to confirm I have my partner call and she is told that there are no more double rooms; assuming that the hotel had full authority to withhold my deposit, I would like to point out the incorrect behavior of the owner both in not having kept his word and in not having met me in any way; obviously in my opinion this type of behavior undermines any added value of the hotel; P.s.: I would like to point out that the exact same behavior was perpetuated towards an acquaintance of mine

15/01/2025: This hotel really deserves a triple 5 star rating. The suites are crazy and go far beyond what you can expect from a hotel of this category... entering the room is equivalent to entering a mountain fairy tale. For the rest, what can I say... excellent and plentiful cuisine with a buffet that alone is worth the price of the ticket. The view is breathtaking...a stage on the Alps. The facility is spotless and the staff are efficient and friendly... you feel at home! Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: We didn’t have a reservation but had read good reviews so took a chance. The restaurant was busy but we were immediately accommodated in a back room (which we assumed was the hotel breakfast room). This was also busy. Friendly waiter who took out orders promptly. Delicious pizzas from a comprehensive menu and they didn’t disappoint. Only complaint was that the pasta dish we ordered was not hot. Definitely recommend!

21/03/2025: The Osteria offers typical Aosta Valley dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable, with a staff who is always available. The local cheeses, mushrooms and polenta are highly recommended. An excellent choice for those looking for genuine cuisine in a warm environment.

11/03/2025: Non posso giudicare il cibo perchè non sono riuscita ad entrare. Ho un cane di 5 Kg. E loro non accettano cani con tanto di cartello vicino a quello di due fucili. Il cibo sarà sicuramente ottimo ma l’accoglienza pessima. Per me chi non ama gli animali non è una bella persona.
