04/01/2026: Elegant. Very professional and thorough reception staff. Excellent restaurant service with truly knowledgeable staff, both for breakfast in the morning and for dinner in the evening. Compliments to the chef. The pool is used a lot by the grandchildren.

10/03/2026: We had a wonderful weekend as a couple at Le Massif. The hotel is beautiful and the welcome was truly warm. We loved the modern yet cozy atmosphere, and a special mention goes to the spa, which, while small, is perfect after a day in the cold. Breakfast and dinner are excellent; the team at Le Massif has made this establishment a benchmark in the region. It's the perfect place, we highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: We stayed two nights. The hotel has a beautiful and refined design, elegant and in perfect contemporary mountain style. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our Junior Suite was very nice and clean, although not particularly large. There were some small details that could be improved, such as the slightly broken bathroom outlet, the damaged hair dryer nozzle, and the lack of a capsule coffee machine, which I would always expect in a 5-star hotel. The gym is okay, while the spa area is very nice, although we found one inconsistency: despite booking a time slot, on the first day at 6 pm it was completely full and there were no loungers available. So I wonder what the point of booking is if space isn't guaranteed. The breakfast is truly top-notch: rich, varied, and high-quality. My only complaint is that I would avoid paying for juices in a 5-star hotel. We also ordered room service, which even arrived early. The service was perfect, and the food was truly excellent, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Overall, a positive experience. A very beautiful facility with room for improvement to be truly impeccable.

12/01/2026: Special mention for the service, which is truly five-star, friendly and unobtrusive, and for the truly incredible view. Excellent cuisine with well-executed dishes. The cutlet and pappardelle with game ragù are especially good. The baba and tiramisu are also excellent.

23/02/2026: Campsites in a good location for both the town and immigrants. Free municipal shuttle service for getting around. They also have a shuttle service within the campground, but for a fee. Well-maintained and clean restrooms. Nearby, a restaurant, bar, and well-stocked grocery store with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. An experience to repeat in spring and summer.

21/02/2026: We stayed at this campsite from February 8th to 14th with our camper and I have to say we had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic: far from traffic and extremely quiet, the common areas are spotless, the bathrooms always smell of bleach, and it's a 15-minute walk from the town, which is very easy to reach and where you'll find everything you need. But the real highlight is Andrea (the owner) and all the staff, who are very hospitable and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back as soon as we can! And last but not least: excellent value for money!

08/03/2026: The wine was good, as was the bread that accompanied my lasagna. However, the lasagna itself was awful. I rarely leave food unfinished, but here I left half the plate. A small amount of ragù on top of the lasagna, with each layer in between with only a tiny amount of something reminiscent of béchamel between them. Only just warmed up enough to serve. 23 euros for nothing. The wine was fine, and so was the bread that came with my lasagna. However, the lasagna itself was awful. 08/02/2026: Small but nice place at the beginning of the center of Courmayeur, very long waiting times for a very simple order of 4 bruschettas which in fact weren't bruschettas because they don't use toasted bread but rather pre-packaged donuts.

27/02/2026: Embarrassing dinner. We walked in and didn't say hello. A place that's a jumble of objects, with no clear style. The place setting is a plastic tablecloth with plastic placemats on top with a few dishes written on them. The highlight is the menu: here too, no unique font style, no desire to even print it up to date; it's easier to make slips of paper and stick them together with tape. They even wrote "90 different types of pizza" in the biography... Where?? From the beginning of the dinner to the end, the pizza chef shouted the entire time, calling the rest of the staff incompetent, "insulting" customers from behind his station, saying, in effect, "It's none of my business if they wait!" A rude, unbearable, and unspeakably presumptuous person. The food arrives at very different times, at least every 20 minutes. People come to dinner together to eat together. The gnocchi fondue was diluted with cream, and the latter were of supermarket-quality quality. The waitress didn't even crack a smile, and her friendliness and kindness were nonexistent. While serving the dishes, she even responded to the pizza chef. She just did her job, nothing more, nothing less. I understand the total lack of staff, but I think you can figure out why after only going to this place once. I understand that the waitress might have two boxes full of such rude people, but when you're in the dining room, the customer is the customer! You don't serve just because... people pay for the food but also for the service, which here was not only nonexistent but totally aseptic and annoyed. Luckily, we weren't the only ones who were impatient and embarrassed. We left immediately after eating, refusing both dessert and coffee... at least we got an apology from the waitress, even if there's very little that's excusable. An unpleasant place, especially for the atmosphere.

20/02/2026: Good evening, we received a flyer from the host where we're staying stating that you offer takeout for meals and pizza. We called at 7:20 PM and you told us pizza delivery was until 7:30 PM. We looked for other takeout options, but were unsuccessful. We called you back to ask if we could come pick up three pizzas because we have a small child at home who is unwell. You said no. Since you have pizza boxes for takeout, I think you could have helped us in this situation. We resolved the situation by calling a restaurant where we're staying, and they'll takeout for us on an exceptional basis because the child doesn't want to leave the house. We've had a very negative experience and won't be eating at your restaurant again, and I'll report the incident to the host. Rules are necessary, but common sense is also required. Evidently, whoever answered the phone doesn't have small children, yet I think they know perfectly well that no other restaurant in the area does takeout because you have to book in advance. Change the flyer because you don't actually do any takeaway........

07/03/2026: To always have four closed registers, even with 200 people in line, you might as well install fast-food ones, so no one has to spend their lunch break waiting for their turn. The deli is also unapproachable at lunchtime. If someone wants a slice of pizza, they have to wait for it to be passed from behind the counter, and maybe there are 10 people in front of them...

07/03/2026: Terrible restaurant service. Today, with four tables occupied, I had to wait half an hour for a starter. The service is lacking... and the food is subpar! Avoid.
