23/10/2025: Everything was excellent. The chalet has a large lawn in front where you can enjoy an aperitif before lunch or relax afterward with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc glacier. You can eat outside with tables and umbrellas on the green lawn, or on the terrace, surrounded by the silence of the woods. Excellent local cuisine, a superb selection of wines (we enjoyed the Gamay de Braga), and impeccable, attentive, and friendly service. Highly recommended, but reservations are essential as it's very popular.

14/08/2025: A lovely place with a beautiful view of the two-thousand-year-old Roman bridge, but unfortunately, the lunch service was terrible. Starting with the table cleaning...spraying the product directly onto the surface, not the cloth, making us taste the cleaner that ended up on us...they forgot to set the table and came after our plates had already been brought. Halfway through lunch, they wanted to bring us bread, not realizing we didn't even have cheese to put on our pasta. They brought it after we'd already finished, and they still responded with annoyance if you mentioned this...for us, it was our first and last time at Bar Elisa.

15/08/2025: A gelateria (because that's the service I often frequent) that has few equals in the hinterland. Variety of flavors, creativity, and quality ingredients. Gelato always creamy and served at just the right temperature. The staff is dynamic and courteous.

14/09/2025: Restaurant with great views, the interior is very pretty, the food delicious and the staff attentive. We ate with our dog inside.

16/08/2025: Terrible experience. We booked in person at 4:30 PM for 7:30 PM. When we arrived (very punctual), there was no table available, and they wanted to put us at a table with 20 other people. I can understand if it was a pub or something similar, but from a restaurant that tries to pretend to be of a certain level, I find this unacceptable.

20/09/2025: The corner room assigned to us is furnished in Alpine style, well-designed, and features a large bathroom with a huge, modern shower and three different water flow settings. A French window leads to the spacious terrace and four windows (one each). Extremely bright! A feature I really appreciate. The room overlooks Champoluc's main street on one side, with shops nearby, and the hotel's well-maintained garden on the other. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian path that runs alongside the Evançon stream, offering pleasant walks that lead to the sports facilities. Hotel Castor has many small nooks furnished with velvet sofas and armchairs, a piano for guests' entertainment, and a reading corner. The dining and breakfast room is very spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast is varied, with a wide selection of sweets (cookies, homemade cakes—very popular—), brioche, and savory options. Fruit juices, yogurt, jams, and fresh fruit are also available. The hosts are courteous and discreet, yet always available for any information or request.

14/09/2025: I found this hotel... Welcoming and very clean.. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and the dining room staff were very kind.

17/11/2025: An unforgettable stay at the Gran Baita Courmayeur. My Junior Suite "Panorama Private Pool" on the top floor was simply spectacular: wooden ceiling and walls, breathtaking mountain views. The autumn colors—the yellow and orange larches, the green pines, and the gray rocks—made it feel like a painted palette. Opening the French window, you look directly into the panoramic hot tub, a peaceful haven where you can enjoy the scenery in total relaxation. After a hike to the Bertone refuge, on my way back to the hotel, I used the spa's Turkish bath: rejuvenating and perfect for relaxing. I also dined at the hotel restaurant on my last night: the Valpellinese soup and strudel were fabulous! The staff is kind, attentive, and very attentive, always ready to make you feel at ease. The room was impeccably clean.

04/11/2025: If I could, I'd return immediately. We were welcomed by Samanta, a lovely and very welcoming woman. The room was clean, with its own small pool on the balcony, which gave us an unforgettable experience. At the restaurant, despite a small problem with one dish, which was resolved by the man (who is from Naples but his second home is Scilla), we had a great time. Overall... excellent.

03/09/2025: The atmosphere was simple and elegant, and we were served by a very kind woman. The food was very good, especially the salsa verde with the trio of tomini. The prices were slightly above average, but we were still satisfied!

22/08/2025: We've been here quite a few times over the past two weeks. The welcome was top-notch, and the service was equally as good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and high-quality. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds. A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.

23/08/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the flambéed beef cubes for their quality and originality, as well as the desserts. Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: Ciao a tutti Oggi dopo aver visitato Cogne ci siamo spostati in frazione Lillaz e ci siamo fermato per un break al bar ANAIS oltre alla cortesia ed alla gentilezza della signora Adriana abbiamo mangiato dei panini veramente ma non scherzo veramente eccezionali!!!!! 14/07/2025: Ho provato diversi panini gourmet del Bar Anais: tutti buoni, con ingredienti freschi e accostamenti di sapore molto ben riusciti. I panini gourmet sono caldi, con pane integrale croccante, ben farciti. Vale la pena assaggiarli. Li abbiamo accompagnati con un Radler (birra e limonata) fresco e dissetante. L’ambiente è piacevole, con tavoli all’aperto e all’interno, nel centro di Lillaz, frazione facilmente raggiungibile da Cogne con navetta gratuita. Servizio gentile e cordiale, grazie alla nuova gestione.

18/10/2025: Very high expectations, which unfortunately don't reflect reality. Dry polenta, spoiled venison, and a very questionable homemade dessert for €7. Waiting with the place empty. Inadequate value for money. Too bad, the waiter was kind.

13/10/2025: A historic restaurant built on the Busserailles Caves. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Adding a tour of the caves makes the experience unforgettable.

10/09/2025: I made a very quick stop for work... so I don't know anything about the services... but the context and the valley are so great!!!!

08/09/2025: Recommended campsite, close to Castel Savoia and a 10-minute walk to the center. The town is well served by public transportation. We had a great time.

29/08/2025: Everything was great, the food was excellent; we always opted for the traditional fare. We spent four days in Breuil-Cervinia and dined here three times. The owners, Tino and Simona, are incredibly kind, cheerful, helpful, and attentive to their customers. This is the second year in a row we've chosen their restaurant. The service is quick, and the wait times are reasonable. The atmosphere is very quaint. If you're staying in Breuil-Cervinia, a stop here is highly recommended.
