08/03/2026: We paid €20 for this pizza which isn't even good, €20 for tomato juice and a bad dough, the cashier was on her cell phone and even made us wait to pay because she was on a call with her cell phone, we asked her for advice and she couldn't tell us anything, I really don't recommend it as a place

10/02/2026: Nice place to enjoy a meal. Very convenient if you happen to stay on the Cielo Alto hill, and can't be bothered walking down/up the village. Nice selection of good food and very helpful staff. Also very good option for take away, since options up there are very limited

23/04/2026: A wonderful place! We stayed there after skiing up Gran Paradiso. The food is fantastic, and Giocino, the manager, caters to your every need. We had to leave early in the morning to reach the Rifugio Benevolo in time for good snow conditions on the descent. An early breakfast was possible. We would definitely come back! Grazie mille!

20/03/2026: I tried the restaurant and... it was amazing! The quality-price-service ratio was perfect, and the location is truly breathtaking. I'll be back as a guest to experience the hotel service. Parking is available, restrooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

10/05/2026: I attended a pizza-themed evening with friends at a lovely, welcoming place run by fantastic and super-helpful people. The food, the atmosphere, the politeness, and the professionalism of the owners and staff made it a truly wonderful Saturday evening in May, thanks in part to our somewhat accidental entertainment, with good company, good pizza, and wonderful people. Definitely worth doing again, and soon!

25/01/2026: We stopped here after a hike and had a slice of amazing cake with their homemade whipped cream. I've never tasted anything better! Stop by and have a nice snack. It's worth it.

29/08/2025: A warm and attentive welcome, a splendid location with a view of the Ayace Valley, and food focused on Aosta Valley specialties, all delicious. We returned to complete our samplings. Aosta Valley soup, crespelle, porcini mushroom soup, onion soup...and then the desserts, with whipped cream made with their own milk. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: My husband and I stayed at this charming hotel during our vacation in the Aosta Valley and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is family-run, and everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also ate at the restaurant, and everything was excellent!

16/04/2026: An excellent dinner, a very clean environment, friendly staff, the owner Vicky is a very kind and always smiling, capable person. Shower and a large and very convenient parking lot, you couldn't ask for more, very well done.

27/11/2025: I purchased a truly poor-quality Dafne office chair at a decidedly high price. When I complained about a defective seat mesh and an unbearable noise, I was told they couldn't accept a return because the chair had already been assembled (impossible to detect defects without assembling it). As for the seat, they would send me the part by disassembling it from another chair (which they did) since they aren't made in Italy. Regarding the noise, they sent me a video from their supplier showing that the one in the showroom also made that noise, and that was right! To solve the problem, I've already purchased another chair with similar features elsewhere for less than half the price and it works perfectly. To be fair, I have to admit that the staff was kind, even if they didn't solve anything for me. It's a shame I can't attach the ridiculous video as evidence. Never again!

23/02/2026: We had a sandwich for lunch. We happened to be there on a Sunday when there was a cross-country race, so the place was very crowded. Despite that, they served us quickly, and the sandwiches were good.

11/03/2026: Had a light dinner. Not welcoming Staff. Overpriced average food. Michelin reccomendation, i guess it was Better quality years ago,but not these days for sure. This charming Town has better options to eat..with and without michelin recomendation.

02/01/2026: Stayed for a week and as a 193 cm long man the beds are too small. My feet would dangle off the edge of the bed at my calves. On top of this the beds and pillows are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The room overall looks nice but is a bit worn. The restaurant is not great when it comes to service 3/6 times they forgot our order, spent an average of 1.5 hours waiting for food, no form of compensation. Food is of good quality though and was included in our package (maybe this is why we were set aside/unprioritized) location is 10/10 right by ski lifts. Sauna/spa area is ok Update: Recieved a very nice pillow and regrets for our experience, i would like to emphasize that the staff have all been extremely friendly and accommodating

08/06/2026: Amazing hotel next to skywalk monte bianco and valleys, has parking next to it, staying in hotel you get various discounts on attractions, crew will help you with anything you need. Recommend for stay. Delicious breakfast with local food.

15/05/2026: I had a confirmed reservation from August 8th to 15th through a platform. The property contacted me, asking me to cancel the reservation or confirm it only until August 13th, claiming that there would be a party/event on August 14th and 15th that could cause noise. I asked for a few moments to reflect on the situation, and once I explained that I wasn't concerned about the noise and that I therefore intended to keep the full reservation, the property immediately canceled my room without my consent. I was never offered a real alternative solution. I had the feeling that the room was being resold at a higher price during the Ferragosto holiday period, which I consider to be unfair and unprofessional towards guests. Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, especially regarding the handling of the situation and the lack of seriousness regarding a reservation that had already been confirmed. I have everything documented, even though the property always tried to communicate by phone and not via email.
