31/01/2025: We came here on vacation with two kids for a quick lunch. The place is simple and super cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. There are two options for starters and main courses, both delicious and plentiful. The fixed price menu also includes wine, beer, and coffee.
The view from the window is beautiful. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and spend little!

05/09/2025: Tourists passing through. We came to Le Foyer a little pre-emptively, given the mixed reviews. Well, the venison, polenta concia, marinated beef, and baked potatoes were superb! We enjoyed the meal, accompanied by a delicious house Barbera. Well done!

05/09/2025: Gluten-free!. A pizzeria that prepares gluten-free pizza, in a separate stand and in a separate oven from the other pizzas and products. High standards of separation and sterility - a completely separate stand. The pizza itself is very tasty
26/07/2025: Unfortunately, every time I choose to order here, there are always ridiculous wait times, even though there's a set time for pickup and there's no one inside. What's even worse is the price, which always changes for the same two pizzas. Prices should respect the price list and not be adjusted at will, increasing them whenever it suits them. One time the addition costs €0.50, the other €0.80, and the focaccia always varies incredibly. The first time I got it, it was €12, and then it got higher and higher. Wow!

22/08/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, just had dinner. I'm sorry, but it wasn't nearly as good as we expected. My cheesecake was hard and unappetizing. The lamb chops weren't tender at all. For dessert, the only choice was baked peaches, which I make much better.

01/06/2025: Ristorante con piatti tipici valdostani. Non abbiamo prenotato, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo adeguato al numero di persone e non striminziti come può capitare da altre parti senza la prenotazione. Da migliorare un po' l'arredo, ma si può provare e riandare.

19/04/2025: The pizzas generally were very nice, as was our starter and wine. However, the service wasn't particularly friendly by 3 members of staff nor attentive. They ordered the wrong pizza for me and did not offer to correct when I queried it, making me feel as though it was my mistake?! It felt a bit frantic overall and not a relaxing environment. However, the food was very nice, make sure you book though.

23/07/2025: Having stayed in a nearby apartment for years, we often went to this lovely, typical Aosta Valley restaurant in the evenings!
Very friendly staff, excellent hot chocolate with cream, and a convenient newsstand stocked with everything!
Highly recommended!
13/07/2025: The atmosphere and furnishings are typical of the mountains, the service is attentive, the staff is friendly, and the newsstand is also convenient. I highly recommend it.

23/07/2025: Di ritorno dalla Francia, abbiamo deciso di fermarci qui sulla base delle ottime recensioni trovate e abbiamo fatto benissimo. Ottima cucina casalinga e personale gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato Casarecce con ragù di salsiccetta e Carbonade con polenta. Superlativa anche la panna cotta. Straconsigliato.

27/08/2025: A lovely mountain restaurant, right on the ski slopes in the winter and at the starting point for numerous hikes in the summer. The owners and staff are very courteous and friendly, a rarity these days. The food is truly excellent, definitely one of the best restaurants in the valley. Opening hours are dictated by the Valtournenche cable car that connects it to the village. The view is stunning. Prices are affordable (especially considering the location).

22/08/2025: While staying at the Montana we decided to visit the restaurant, no bad points, everything was very good, the dishes are refined, carefully prepared and made with quality ingredients, in line with the hotel.
