16/07/2025: erano diverse volte che si opzionava la visita a questo tempio della buona cucina e cosi a mezzogiorno di oggi 16 Luglio ci siano recati in questo tempio della cucina di Tura un bravo e eccellente chef che ormai si e fatto le ossa nei templi della garnde cucina e che adesso gestisce con il supporto della sua compagna questo buon locale ubicato alla periferia di Valtournenche con comodissimo parcheggio l'accoglienza e stata buona e il menu che ci e stato presentato con un varietà di scelta molto buona dal classici piatti locali alle buone specialità della regione di provenienza della compagna L'Abruzzo servizio molto curato in tutti i particolari e ottimo cibo da noi scelto e difficile per noi piemontesi e valdostani aprezzare la buona cucina che il nostro bel amato paese offre ma in questo ristorante il connubio si accosta secondo me alla clientela ottima la scelta di una buona bottiglia di cerasuolo d'abruzzo per per terminare un grazioso e sfizioso dessert e poi l! offerta di un ottimo digestivo no potevano concludere con un buonissimo pranzo lo Chef tura non avrà la stella Michelin ma due stelle le merità grazie per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza noi sicuramente torneremo magari accompagnando amici a cui le buona e eccellente buona cucina apprezzano un semplice grazie e arrivederci ai vostri tavoli. 05/09/2025: The food is excellent, no complaints. The price is fair. However, I have to be a little critical of the management. We entered the restaurant and there were about 6-7 free tables, but despite this, they seated us in a second room, almost completely dark, where we were the only ones, without any explanation. We assume it's because we have two small children. 5 stars for the food, without a doubt. 2/3 stars for the management. I recommend it for the food, but if you have small children, you might want to eat in the second room. Almost completely dark. 4 stars. Because I'm generous.

03/09/2025: Dinner at Pierre Alexis's was a true celebration of taste, orchestrated by a passionate family whose mastery and rigor are evident in the kitchen as well as in the dining room. The cozy atmosphere, precise gestures, and attentive service make every moment a living testament to their history and expertise passed down from generation to generation. The unexpected marriage of rabbit and eel, bold and luminous, transcends the boundaries of traditional cuisine: the finesse of the rabbit meets the salty depth of the eel, and each texture is a surprise, enhanced by a subtle dash of herb sauce that makes the flavors burst forth in the mouth. Then comes the pigeon prepared three ways, including the tender sous-vide breast, the roasted supreme, and the confit leg, offering a palette of refined and precise flavors; the perfect pairing with the fermented pear is simply remarkable. The venison, placed on Jerusalem artichokes, truly stands out as the centerpiece: an explosion of colors and aromas thanks to the beetroot, celery, and Jerusalem artichoke powders add complexity and elegance to the dish. The meat, seared to perfection, is enhanced by a black elderberry reduction and a powerful jus, offering an experience where earth and undergrowth intertwine with intensity. Coming to Pierre Alexis means accepting surprises, rediscovering what eating means. I'll stop there: you have to experience this emotion, because Pierre Alexis isn't just a restaurant: it's a family that elevates cuisine to its highest peaks, with rigor, precision, and passion, for an unforgettable sensory experience.
02/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to the Michelin Guide, and I must say it was a truly perfect choice. It's located on a street parallel to Courmayeur's main avenue, making it easy to reach on foot. The atmosphere is meticulously curated: a successful blend of modern and classic, exuding elegance without being cold. The management is family-run, yet with unexpected professionalism: you feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish. We opted for the tasting menu, and it was a complete experience, with balanced and well-proportioned dishes from appetizer to dessert. Special praise goes to the sommelier, who expertly and passionately guided us through the wine pairings: each glass perfectly enhanced the course. The only negative: the bathrooms aren't as elegant as the dining room, and it would be nice to see them renovated to match the rest of the experience. Overall, an experience I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special evening in Courmayeur.

20/08/2025: A great evening at Vecchio Ristoro. All the dishes were tasty, creative, and varied. Everything from A to Z is 100% homemade, using traceable and local ingredients as much as possible, and the service was very warm and informative! We also had some wonderful wine discoveries, with several gems from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant is clearly above many French 1-star Michelin restaurants, so we hope to get a second one soon, given all the hard work and talent! Thanks again!

28/06/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything about it is top notch. The food was delicious, service outstanding , the staff are so smart, professional and knowledgeable. I also really like the style of the marine themed decor. It was one of my best dining experiences in Aosta.

08/09/2025: A beautiful place full of charm, tastefully decorated. The selection of wines by the glass is very popular, the menu is tempting with typical recipes from the Aosta Valley. The regional specialty dish is excellent, the homemade pasta delicious, a small downside for the tagliata which was not very appetizing (it was swimming a little too much in oil), the Parmigiana was very good. A pleasant place, attentive service, go there if you want to taste the excellent cuisine of this Valley.

13/09/2025: What can I say...we had a wonderful time, a classic mountain hotel conveniently located for both excursions and visiting the city and its surroundings. Breakfast was varied and very plentiful, and special praise goes to the cuisine, which, in addition to offering traditional dishes, also offers some very successful innovative ones. The quality and care are evident and tasted in every dish. Thank you.

10/08/2025: Really lovely experience. The staff offered some of the best hospitality we experienced during our trip to the region. Hotel is nestled into Morgex. Rooms are comfortable. Food from the restaurant was delicious, seasonal and thoughtful. The wine was also excellent. The staff went out of their way to insure great service. Highly recommend!

22/08/2025: Excellent food, traditionally cooked, in a relaxed atmosphere. We went to Angela's for an aperitif: the sangria was excellent, and, tasting after tasting, we ended up eating more than we would have eaten at a wedding. Highly recommended.
