26/01/2025: In two days we were in Gressoney twice, very good food, and they are very nice and make you feel at home

25/01/2025: I can only define HIRSCH STUBE as one of the best trattorias we have experienced. Good refined food, excellent selection of products, clean and well looked after; a small place but very welcoming from the managers, 2 young guys who have invested their love for catering with passion obtaining excellent results. We will certainly be back and highly recommend it.

28/01/2025: Restaurant found "by chance" by reading the reviews, my husband is gluten and lactose intolerant. They had a lot of attention (which is very rare) and finally we ate a nice plate of pasta! Really delicious dishes. Prices normal. The restaurant is very well looked after. Before ordering they brought some sort of appetizer. And afterwards with the coffee also some sweets. I recommend everyone to stop. We eat very well. We can't wait to go back! Thank you

18/01/2025: We really enjoyed two appetizers with fantastic flavours, in particular the tartare with fried egg, it was a wonderful experience. The first courses were a little too generous and meant we didn't have to choose dessert. Super recommended! Average quality/price ratio.

30/01/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch with my partner in this restaurant and the experience was truly exceptional! The food is excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The impeccable service, with kind and welcoming staff, always attentive to customer needs without being intrusive. A strong point is certainly the owner, a nice and warm person, who contributes to creating a family and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a really pleasant lunch, which we will certainly repeat with pleasure. Highly recommended!

30/12/2024: The only place that really satisfied us in this short holiday near Aosta. Kind and friendly service and never affected, portions generous portions of decidedly above average food prepared by a good (and friendly!) Chef, honest prices and understanding towards children. If we return to these parts we will definitely eat here again. P.s. to new customers, let the juke box play!

04/02/2025: The tavern is located in a mountain village that immediately takes you back to the fairy tales we listened to as children. There is a very convenient car park within walking distance. You enter on tiptoe, as if you were entering someone's house for fear of making noise and disturbing the quiet of that fairy-tale atmosphere. We were welcomed by the owner who was extremely courteous and helpful and proud of what she has built in the few years since opening. The place inside is welcoming but does not fall into the cliché of the typical mountaineer. There is wood, there is fire but in a modern and welcoming way. She, an Umbrian, brings some typical Umbrian dishes to the menu and at the same time typical Aosta Valley dishes of exceptional quality at a low price compared to the average of the nearby more touristy areas. The dishes are good, beautiful and made with love. You can feel it. I highly recommend it!

20/02/2025: Perfect fusion of dishes and wine from Val d’Aosta and Abruzzi and superb atmosphere thanks to Jennifer & Christian results a very nice evening with coulinaric highlights. Tartare, fondue, potato/mushrooms soup, polenta, sweets …. 👏👏👏👏 … just go with the flow dear hosts.

16/02/2025: Excellent tasting menu showcasing local and Abruzzese ingredients. Run by a local chef who placed second in a national TV cooking competition and his Abruzzese wife.

Curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, camere molto pulite e originali negli arredi , noi avevamo la camera con la pergola in legno e l uva in ferro battuto, inoltre la stanza del sale è un valore aggiunto. Si respira aria di montagna e di ricordi. La colazione è ottima e di qualità con prodotti che promuovono la regione. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutta la famiglia. Cena a sorpresa nel ristorante molto particolare e "sorprendente" che segue la stagionalità, bisogna solo avvisare se vi sono alimenti non graditi. Consiglio per un soggiorno sia romantico che per regalarsi una coccola. Complimenti a questa famiglia che dedica tempo a questa attività facendolo con amore e trasmettendo la loro storia e la loro passione agli ospiti. Comodo sia per visitare il Monte Bianco che per vedere alcuni castelli o andare ad Aosta.

The breakfast and dinners are wonderful and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. The spa is a lovely treat apres ski. Food, wine and service just outstanding. Thank you & hopefully see you again. 04/01/2025: We came at the Saturday evening in a company of five and immediately got sat at the table. It was a miracle. The food was incredibly delicious and the staff were very friendly. Service was really fast. Ossobuco with polenta is fantastic. And I strongly recommend to try Valdostan lard with honey, it is very unusual. In the end we played very fanny game answering the question and drinking digestif
