Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

09/12/2025: Just left dinner, and I have to say, Christian outdid himself. I tried the arrosticini and a carbonara made to perfection: flavorful, creamy, and with that precision that only someone who truly loves what they do can bring to the dish. All accompanied by a truly excellent wine, carefully and expertly recommended. To finish, a soft and delicious tiramisu, perfect for ending the evening with a smile. A place where you can taste the chef's touch and passion in every dish. Highly recommended.

04/03/2026: We booked two small chalets at this property, close to Courmayeur. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Saladin, who always responded kindly to my requests. The location is excellent; the center of Courmayeur is about a 15-minute drive away. This village features many classic wooden mountain chalets with convenient parking spaces. There's also a restaurant inside, which we had the pleasure of trying. The chalets are truly perfect: I haven't seen such a level of cleanliness in a while. They're welcoming, fragrant, warm, and come with everything you need: toiletries, a great hair dryer, two Smart TVs, plenty of towels, a coffee machine with pods (not counting), welcome biscuits, and a kettle with herbal teas. The bed is super comfortable, complete with a topper and super soft pillows... you sleep soundly! Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing perhaps missing is some cleaning supplies... maybe if you stay several days, you'll need to clean occasionally, even using the kitchen. Another point is the lack of a bar. It would be nice to have breakfast in the village. I definitely recommend these accommodations!

I remember it was on the "boat," but there was only a large salmon. Too bad. We wanted a mixed grill of fish, but... only salmon, swordfish, prawns, and squid? In short, aside from the impeccable service: Mussels and marinara: forget it... Spaghetti with clams: barely adequate Ambience: Aside from the boat, everything was the same. But Angie's relaxed warmth prepares you for the consistently impeccable quality of all the food and drinks. Every course is a reminder of the qualities that "Mother's kitchen" used to have. Everything is based on regional ingredients, skillfully and unpretentiously prepared on the wood-fired stove. I've visited several Michelin-starred restaurants, but I've never left one as satisfied and completely happy as this cantina. The fact that the price to be paid for such a delightful evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant would barely cover dessert is just a footnote. Thank you for your hospitality, Angie

We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

01/02/2026: My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and the first thing that struck us was how clean it was. Since we both work in the operating room, we're particularly careful about this aspect, and we can say that the attention to hygiene here—both in the rooms and the common areas—is truly exceptional, almost obsessive in a positive sense. We had half-board (breakfast and dinner) and the experience was simply excellent: top-notch quality, carefully prepared dishes, and impeccable service. The chef is top-notch, and it's no coincidence that the hotel restaurant is also frequented by external guests. The location is perfect: a two-minute walk from the center of Courmayeur, with the added convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to and from the ski slopes. A final, but crucial, mention goes to the staff: in one word, wonderful. Professional, kind, and extremely attentive, they make you feel truly pampered, like family. We'll definitely be back.
