05/11/2025: An unforgettable experience! The modern, cutting-edge structure gives you a sense of safety and durability. Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

18/10/2025: 07/10/2025. An incredible experience. A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

06/05/2026: A beautiful village just a few minutes' drive from Courmayeur. I stayed in the Romantic Suite, which offers a fantastic view of Mont Blanc. The room is well-furnished, with wood furnishings, a whirlpool tub, and is equipped with every comfort: a kitchenette, air conditioning, a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, herbal teas, and biscuits. All in a clean, tidy environment, with attention to every detail. The village has a restaurant/pizzeria and will soon open a bar, which also hosts live music evenings. The swimming pool is open during the summer, and there are also a gym and sports fields. I almost forgot: the staff were very friendly and the welcome was warm. I'll be back!

The location is enchanting, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and immersed in a dreamlike setting, within what can unquestionably be called the most beautiful village in Italy. The welcome was impeccable: friendliness, professionalism, and customer care are evident from the first moment. The service is top-notch, elegant, and precise, making every guest feel special. The restaurant is truly top-notch: excellent dishes, quality ingredients, and refined flavors that enhance tradition with a touch of class. Each course is a unique experience for the palate. A special thanks goes to chef Michelle, the true jewel in the crown of the property. Her expertise, passion, and kindness make the stay even more exclusive and unforgettable. 18/04/2026: The restaurant is meticulously maintained, right from the outside. You have to go inside to truly understand it. Even the menu tells a story. The staff is incredibly kind and passionate. If you ask for advice, they'll provide information beyond your expectations. You'll feel welcomed and pampered. The dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. The sheep's blue cheese fondue is truly phenomenal, accompanied not only by crostini but also by cured meats, potatoes, and vegetables. The cream of potatoes, porcini mushrooms, and lard is delicate and flavorful. I didn't have room for anything else, but I had to try the cheese gelato, excellent, paired with a nice passito. The price is very fair considering the portions, quality, location, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area and want to be pampered. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

16/05/2026: Intrigued by the exterior, I booked this restaurant in the center of Morgex for a romantic dinner. Excellent choice. A very welcoming and quaint place, with just a few well-spaced tables. The menu was excellent, balanced, delicate, and plentiful. The service was attentive, attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for another special occasion.

10/05/2026: There are places worth visiting, and this is definitely one of them. We were captivated the first time just by dinner, and we decided to return for a night, because if the dinner was enchanting, we also wanted to try breakfast. And voilà, everything was confirmed: the service, the rooms, and the breakfast are truly a treat not to be underestimated. Agostino is one of the most meticulous and meticulous people we've ever met in the kitchen; everything is freshly cooked, everything is seasonal, only from their valley, and nothing is frozen, only fresh and what their garden and nearby farms can provide. I've rarely gone so far, but this time I really have to compliment him; it's a must-try.

30/03/2026: An intimate restaurant with meticulous attention to detail in a truly remarkable location. I would have liked to try more dishes, but the prices (though still reasonable for the location) didn't allow for it. The lard in the antipasto con moccetta was remarkable; it truly melted in the mouth. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was very good, but would have looked better on a ceramic plate than in a pan, where it seemed sparse in quantity. The house mint-based digestif was excellent. There was nothing to complain about the quality of the service or the kindness of the waiters, absolutely worthy of the place.

12/03/2026: Excellent fish restaurant with fresh ingredients. It's a delight; you'd think you were on the Adriatic coast. The restaurant is popular with many people from Aosta. The prices are very reasonable.

07/03/2026: The food here is very good, especially the fish, which is delivered fresh. I recommend the fish; the peppered mussels are delicious, but a bit spicy. The meat was also good; I also ordered the grilled meat, which is generally recommended, and the house wine was also good.

Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

13/04/2026: Excellent dinner at Cadrane Solaire: a warm, welcoming atmosphere, professional yet fun service that adds a touch of lightness, and excellent food. We had Borretane onions with blue cheese ice cream, risotto with pea cream, a Valdostana (definitely worth sharing between at least two people), and delicious Auberge ice cream and a Montenapoleone meringue with Mont Blanc. Absolutely worth a try!

12/04/2026: Lunch in Courmayeur at Cadran Solaire. Hearty and well-balanced dishes: the "La Favo'" with short pasta, fava beans, sausage, crostini, and fondue was excellent, as was the restaurant's own fondue, both good quality and well-executed. The atmosphere was traditional and romantic, in keeping with the mountain setting.
