13/08/2024: Very popular mountain hut because it is located near the cable car departure point but enjoys a pleasant view and good food. I had some very good cheese dumplings and the other person a classic Tyrolean platter with speck, cheese, gherkins and salami. There was a light pleasant breeze that made us enjoy lunch Fast service I think we will return

28/08/2024: Culinary delights in the Fink Restaurant. Everything is just right here. Clean, well-groomed appearance, friendly service staff, good selection of food and drinks. The dishes are well combined and of outstanding quality. Price-performance level excellent.

È il secondo anno che mia figlia ed io veniamo in questo splendido hotel che si distingue per la capacità di unire uno stile raffinato e moderno al clima di accoglienza familiare, in sintonia con un raro paesaggio naturalistico . Le camere sono dotate di ogni confort, la SPA è bellissima e Jessica, responsabile della zona Beauty, è eccellente! Raro trovare un massaggio e trattamenti viso così professionali, specifici e rilassanti. La cucina ? Colazione ricca , abbondante e di ottima qualità dal salato al dolce . Noi abbiamo amato in particolare la macedonia di frutta fresca , le torte artigianali e l’attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari . La cena è superba : quest’anno è cambiato lo chef . Quello dello scorso anno era una prima stella Michelin, ottimo ! Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto lo Chef di questo anno : capace di coniugare raffinatezza con i sapori e gli odori del posto. Proposte sempre diverse e molto varie ! Oltre ai sapori, la presentazione dei piatti è eccellente. In particolare abbiamo amato il ramen in versione dolomitica , il goulash ( FANTASTICO! Servito Con frutti di bosco e cioccolato ) i ravioli a mezzaluna. Sono sempre presenti proposte per vegetariani , variegate è buonissime. 24/08/2024: Nice refuge passing through the Colfosco - Passo Gardena crossing. Obviously, reservations are not accepted. Quick and friendly service, excellent food and portions that are anything but "timid". Prices appropriate to the area, there is a changing table for changing diapers.

13/08/2024: It was a completely successful holiday. Very well furnished and maintained rooms, very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Due to the central location, almost all activities can be carried out using public transport. The hotel price includes a transport ticket for the entire stay. We would be happy to spend another holiday here.

19/08/2024: Very rude owner!!! I order a sausage with potatoes and a Coke Zero, my partner orders eggs with speck and a beer. As soon as he brings the drinks he hands them over exclaiming "here's a zero coke for the SPOILED CHILD, and something right for the gentleman". Now, I don't know how the gentleman is used to interacting in his job, but I highly recommend more education! I am celiac and I suffer from interstitial cystitis (which I certainly shouldn't tell everyone about) so I CANNOT drink ALCOHOL due to my illness, given that alcohol causes burning pain in my bladder, CERTAINLY NOT BECAUSE I AM SPOILED. Regardless, I don't think we should address customers in this way. Maybe he'll think about it next time before making jokes about people he doesn't know and their illnesses!

01/09/2024: We had a really great evening at the Braunwirt. The food was fabulous, all local products combined with new ideas for preparation! It was great outside on the terrace! Prices are absolutely justified. The only small drawback and certainly relevant for the winter is the interior, there is still potential in terms of a feel-good atmosphere, but it doesn't make our experience any less good!

29/08/2024: Even though I am not a qualified gastronomic expert, I can say that last night I ate very well, dishes that showed the skilful hand of the chef, kind and professional staff.
