18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better. I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.

12/09/2025: Beautiful location, excellent food, and friendly and welcoming hosts. Lots of animals roaming freely. Just what you'd imagine an alpine pasture and nature to be. Definitely a place to feel at home.

26/08/2025: We walked past this beautiful alpine pasture. We had a delicious lunch there. Of course, we had Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) and apple strudel. It was incredibly delicious, and the service was very friendly. The food was prepared with lots of love. 😍

18/10/2025: As soon as you open the solid wooden door, you're greeted by an atmosphere of peace and security. The delicate fragrance and the stylish architecture with natural materials immediately create a special ambiance. Breakfast was a real highlight, even for me, a breakfast hater – freshly squeezed juices with clove or dead nettle essence, homemade jam, regional, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious. A place to unwind and enjoy. We'd love to come back!

27/09/2025: It was a truly wonderful stay at Pachers. The hotel is run with great passion by the Huber family; they, along with their incredibly friendly and competent staff, give the hotel its soul. We felt incredibly comfortable, well looked after, and very appreciated as guests. We highly recommend the cuisine, including breakfast and half-board. All food and drinks are of very high quality in both product and preparation. A varied breakfast buffet, coffee, and egg dishes are served at your table, making for a great start to the day. And by dinner, at the latest, with the half-board option, you'll know you've arrived in a gourmet haven. Regional and international dishes are excellently prepared and perfectly served. A four-course menu (printed menu) is offered daily, with several optional choices per course. Half-board also includes the so-called "Prositpaket" (Prosit package), e.g., soft drinks, sparkling wine, house wine (white or red), etc. We loved the dinners and looked forward to them every day. The ambience, furnishings, and decor in the restaurant are very pleasant. The distance between the tables allows for privacy, and cloth table linens are a given. The rooms—we stayed in the Wilhelm type—are well-designed, spacious, and have a cozy ambiance. There is a balcony overlooking the vineyard. The spa area is small and adequate for the number of rooms; however, the pool is only partially suitable for swimming (due to its shape and size). You can take a lovely walk to Brixen on foot (about 30 minutes) or rent bicycles free of charge from the hotel. Parking is available free of charge directly at the hotel. The Brixen Card, which the hotel provides free of charge, is also great; it includes several cost-intensive activities, such as the cable car to the Plose. We believe that the Pachers was already at this location before the expansion of Strada Statale No. 12, which runs directly past the hotel, and that this expansion road was built directly in front of it. Be that as it may, this road unfortunately brings with it noise and air pollution, as it is used by many large and small vehicles during the day, and the posted speed limit of 50 km/h is not always adhered to. At night, it is significantly less busy. Perhaps the regional authorities will implement feasible noise protection measures in due time.

21/09/2025: We happened to be driving past and wanted to stop for a bit. We were surprised by what we got. The Hugo (alcohol-free) was very refreshing and deliciously summery. I highly recommend the apple strudel and especially the chocolate-pear cake. Large pieces and very tasty! The service was attentive. We also got a small snack on the house with our order, which was also very nice.

10/09/2025: Our favorite refuge and a must-see after the outward journey to Corvara. Nestled in a lush green landscape, surrounded by goats, donkeys, and rabbits. The food is excellent, from the pasta dishes to the sandwiches, and the service is attentive and friendly. See you next year!

30/09/2025: The recommendation of the day was tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms. We ordered them immediately and they were perfect. Even my little 2-year-old daughter enjoyed them.

27/10/2025: Our girls' weekend couldn't have been better! We received such a warm welcome from Klaus and his team. We lacked nothing. The Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake) made especially for us was our special highlight at the end! Human interaction is very important there! Please keep up the good work – we'd love to come back!

22/10/2025: We come to Klostersepp a few times a year, and we're always treated to the highest standards. The entire staff is excellent and always friendly, the rooms are superb, everything is perfect. We feel completely at home. The breakfast and dinner are always of the highest quality. We're happy to come back, and the location is also top-notch.

15/07/2025: Great spot with good food, beer, and service. Consistently good. Only the beer prices could be a bit cheaper, considering they're a brewery beer garden.
