10/08/2025: An impulse purchase, as I'm a pine essence lover. This cream is nothing more than sweetened condensed milk; the mountain pine essence is completely invisible, neither to the smell nor to the taste. The packaging lists the website dolomiti-shop.it, but there's no mention of the product on the website. I don't question the quality of other products in the shop, but one thing that's quite disconcerting is the very high prices for products that are certainly unique, but can be found anywhere else at a lower price.

07/11/2025: The drinks arrived shortly before I finished my pizza, but my wife's food never arrived at all. A real shame, because the restaurant's location was perfect.

07/11/2025: The waiters were completely overwhelmed. It took ages for no one to come and take our order. My husband's pizza arrived before our drinks. I never got my food at all. The prices were outrageously high. The only nice thing about the place was the spot by the promenade.

13/01/2026: At a quiet time, the place was practically empty. The five of us were seated near the entrance on one of the coldest days of the winter. The dumplings on cream cheese (excellent cream, but the dumplings were small and cold inside), the trio of first courses were decent, the tagliatelle with game ragù was good, but the shank was inedible. It's a downtown place...otherwise, I don't think I'll return.

07/01/2026: On January 1st it was one of the very few restaurants open in the center of Bolzano, a lot of people but in a few minutes they gave us a table. The service was kind and fast despite the many people. Everything was good and the prices were average. The services were in order. I recommend coming.

05/02/2026: A waterfall bar – how wonderful is that? That's something I'd love to go to! It's absolutely beautiful, and often you just need that little hunger-satisfying feeling, and the name of the place definitely plays a part. I especially like this one, and the drinks are fantastic – not just for the holiday photo album, but certainly everything is a treat for the palate and the eyes. A highlight of the day after a wonderful hike to the waterfall! I highly recommend it... Congratulations on your wonderful idea for your bar!

22/12/2025: Loved the food and the vibe of the hütte, just wish the prices were a little lower.

21/12/2025: They served us after a table that had arrived after us, making us wait a good 45 minutes. The dishes arrived at different times (two of the six people ate after the others had already digested). Prices were higher than the average for the area, but above all, they were exorbitant for the quality of the food offered: we paid €20 for the Tyrolean rosticciata, which was presented to us as a plate of pork and potatoes, but unfortunately, only a plate of potatoes arrived (and not even a good one...). Water was more than €8 and bread more than €5 (by the way, we asked for more, which never arrived and they included it on the receipt... fortunately, the €11 for bread didn't go unnoticed; once we pointed it out, they removed it from the bill.) Overall, terrible, I strongly advise against it (especially given the quality of the food).
